JCT: Looks like the Krieger Moles are making the news:
CALGARY SUN Thursday, April 08, 2004
By BILL KAUFMANN
BK: Grant Krieger said another bid by his family to deliver
therapeutic cannabis has gone up in smoke after his wife and
son were busted by Mounties in Saskatchewan yesterday.
Krieger said his wife Marie and son Ryan, 21, were pulled
over on the Trans-Canada Hwy. near the town of Morse, 60 km
east of Swift Current, when Mounties noticed their licence
plate wasn't properly visible.
JCT: Carrying 3Kg with a dirty license plate? Ahh, how sad.
Har har har.
BK: They were on their way to Regina and Saskatoon to
deliver just under 3 kg of medicinal marijuana to sufferers
of chronic illnesses when an RCMP officer smelled marijuana
in their car, he said.
"I'm trying to get $4,000 together for their bail... I'm
just sick about it," said Krieger.
JCT: So the cannabis movement can waste more time on the
Krieger "go-nowhere" moves?
BK: The arrests came after Krieger was arrested in January
with about $6,000 worth of pot on what he says was a similar
mercy mission in Manitoba.
JCT: How unlucky? Or what a sheep-dipping?
BK: Like his family members yesterday, Krieger was charged
with possession for the purpose of trafficking in the
Manitoba case. Contact: callet@...

Crusader's wife, son arrested for pot
Calgary Herald Thursday, April 08, 2004
by Jason van Rassel
JCT: They should title it: "Crusader stung by law he forgot
to kill last time." Har har har har. Looks good on them.
JVR: Medicinal marijuana advocate Grant Krieger's troubles
with the law became a family affair with the arrest of his
wife and son Wednesday. Mounties in Saskatchewan arrested
Marie and Ryan Krieger following a traffic stop on the
Trans-Canada Highway east of Swift Current. Grant Krieger
said the two were on their way to Regina and Saskatoon,
where they were going to deliver about $5,400 worth of
marijuana bud and oil to chronically-ill patients. They were
pulled over because their Chevrolet Caprice's rear licence
plate, which flips down when the gas tank is being filled,
wasn't flipped back up after a fuel stop.
"The (officers) came up and smelled pot in the car, and
that's the story," Grant Krieger said from his Calgary home
Wednesday night. "You try to help people out, and this is
what happens."
JCT: Grant could have killed the law and deserves all the
inconvenience his sheep-dipping takes. He could still vacate
the stay keeping the prohibition alive in Alberta (the Crown
says) and kill the law but Grant would rather keep getting
busted under the law he could kill off any time he chooses.
JVR: Marie, 50, and Ryan, 21, have each been charged with
possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and
each were remanded in custody on $2,000 bail after appearing
in a Swift Current court. The case was set over until May 3.
Grant Krieger, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, has a
long history of challenging Canada's pot laws in the name of
providing pain relief, but an RCMP spokesman said the
Calgarian's cause is of little relevance to officers in the
field who come across marijuana.
JCT: Too bad they didn't mention that when he won, he was
"scared off" getting the law declared officially dead and
now, if he and his family were simply ignorant dupes, they
deserve the tumble they're taking if they're narc moles which is the
better
explanation for Grant refusing to kill the law while he can,
they deserve the inconvenience their sheep-dipping takes.
JVR: "Investigators felt there was enough evidence to
support the charge. Now we'll leave it up to the court,"
Cpl. Brian Jones said. Contact:

JCT: A message from a

Date: Fri Apr 09 2004 07:28 AM
HC: There is, Grant will be taking this to court, but for
him to get the chance to win the right to legally
distribute, he must first raise $70,000. So if anyone can
help, please email me at thehopefulcanadian@...
JCT: Should the movement spend $70,000 on another Krieger
move? Har har har har. Raising this much for the Kriegers
should keep the movement in limbo for another few years.
HC: We need fundraising nationwide in honour of the
Kreigers. They can help us gain freedom for all medical
patients, as Marc is pursuing the right for all recreational
users. Let's work as a whole, and hit them with non stop
support!!! Please contact me for ideas and information on
fundraising. Peace adn Love, Sarah

Re: MARC DENIED BAIL - Show Cause 10am tomorrow

First off, my deepest love, strength and courage to you
Marc, I am outraged at this act of ignorance and insult
displayed by the Saskatoon Police Department. Lives are not
toys. The only example that will be set is the one
showcasing their beligerance.
Grant Kreiger is speaking today on Marc's behalf. An amazing
message will be delivered to the area of Edmonton, very
impactful. Grant knows what he is talking about, and his
intelligence amazes me. I hope all who attend enjoy!
Tomorrow I will be speaking on Marc's behalf at LCC. I
received a phone call informing me that the main focus is
NOT to be legalization. I assured him that I had other
issues to speak of as well as legalization, but it was a
STRONG focus in my speech. Which is true. But you'll all get
to see it b/c we are filming for Pot TV. And we will be
handing out the Cannabis Health Journal, and collecting
donations for Grant Kreiger. But I truly want to focus on
the power of the vote, and what significance and relavance
our vote has, whether it be at the polls or with our dollar,
it's all political Which is why I need a personal
referance, right? My experience with power of the vote is
displayed in the legalization battle, which must be a focal
point.... But it may also be found in Women's rights, or
poverty issues, perhaps enviromnmental concerns, as well as
big business. How can we ensure the progress of our country
unless we find a harmonious solution to the two sides? Pay
attention to your vote. Your money, your ballets....It is
all the same. We vote every day, for things we may not be
aware of, and I want to help wake everyone up....
Global, Shaw, CFCN, 3 radio stations, and 3 newspapers are
also attending, as well as a Social 30 class, and the
criminal justice wing....
Wish me luck, eh?
Peace adn Love, Sarah
JCT: So this is the Sarah who has been kept apprised of
every sleazy move by Marc Emery and she is still helping him
out. She knows how he killed the Parker Pitt win and Alan
Young's betrayal, how he squelched the Paquette exemption
extensions causing numerous exemptee readers to hit the
expiry date not knowing Marc had won easy renewal. And she
still supports a man who has hurt so many people.
And she knows how Grant Krieger sold out the whole country
when he refused to claim the pot and declare the prohibition
dead as the Crown kept repeated he could at any time. She's
been kept apprised of this treason every step of the way and
she's still helping them.
With friends like Sarah in the medpot movement helping the
narc moles and saboteurs, who needs enemies?
