JCT: You'll remember how I had explained the math of the
genocide epileptics to the three low-tech judges of the
Ontario Court of Appeal at the end of July 2003.
In 2000, Terry Parker convinced the Ontario Court of Appeal
that cannabis marijuana prevents epileptics seizures. The
court declares the prohibition on possession of epilepsy anti-
seizure herbal medicine to be invalid on Aug. 1 2001.
400,000 Canadians have suffered epileptics seizures and 4
die of seizures every day because of the prohibition on the
cultivation and possession of their epilepsy anti-seizure
herb.
At the end of July 2003, I asked Ontario Court of Appeal
Justices Doherty, Goudge and Simmons, to declare that the
prohibition against marijuana became invalid when the
Marijuana Medical Access Regulations failed to provide
access for "the Terry Parker" and to announce that all
Canada's epileptics should feel themselves at liberty to get
themselves a joint for prevention.
The Court did use its proper power to declare that the law
died on Terry Parker Day Aug. 1 2001.
But then the Court then overstepped its power in telling the
nation their tinkering with the access regulations had
brought the dead prohibition back to life so that
prosecutions could now continue to go on despite those laid
within the 2 years the law was invalid had to be dismissed
and that epileptic Terry Parker continue to face criminal
sanctions for possessing and cultivating his medicine.
Only Parliament can re-validate criminal statutes once
invalid.
So, today is just over 250 days since Justices Doherty,
Goudge and Simmons had the power to accept that all Canadian
epileptics are free to access their anti-seizure medicine
and not only did not open up access but did their level
unconstitutional best to impede that access once anew.
At 4 dead epileptics a day, that's the first Kilo-morts to
their K-slab debit. K-slab math is explained in my bankmath
section: http://www.cyberclass.net/turmel/bankmath.htm
I just wanted to let all the mathematicians reading this
know how badly served our high-tech province is by a justice
system ruled by technically, intellectually, and morally
inferior lawyers, refugees from grade-school algebra, let
alone logic with Boolean algebra. It's sad to say that
despite the illusion portrayed on TV, there are no bright
lights in the legal system. They're all dim bulbs
conditioned, dumbed down and cowed by the system that feeds
them.
But what a coup for me.
Just like the Bishop of Worcester's book Grace and Mortgage
points out that John The Engineer is right about interest
causing inflation and all the world's economists are wrong
about interest fighting inflation, so too, John The Engineer
was right about Canada's prohibition being dead and all
Canada's lawyers and Crowns didn't see it were wrong. All of
them! A competent amateur non-lawyer beating out all the
pros to be first to get the dead law properly buried. Just
like all the economists are wrong and one engineer is right.
So every kid with a brain understands how Justices Doherty,
Goudge and Simmons made 1 extra kilo-mort of epileptics die
in Canada and every kid with a brain understands how that
kilo-mort of Canadians could have been saved by heeding the
advice of The Engineer on a question of genocide. I wonder
how the gran-kids reading this will feel if their name is
Doherty, Goudge or Simmons?
In the same way, Alan Young's K-slab of responsibility since
he stabbed Terry Parker in the back "to ensure Turmel's
motion to invalidate the law did not proceed," has almost
two years worth of dead epileptics. That's 2*364*4 = 2919,
only 20 more days for Alan Young to cross the 3 kilo-morts
mark. Same 3 kilo-mort death slab for Crown Lara Speirs. And
for Justice Sandra Chapnik who failed to come to the same
conclusion as Justice Pitt's ruling that the Government had
failed to comply with the court's ruling for Terry Parker.
Don't these "lawyers" realize they're genocidal maniacs?
How foolish to ignore The Engineer's warning of genocide.
