Hello everybody,

We'll look at a case study for a ficticious person born on July 9th 1975 & study his timing for August & September this year.

LP = 7 + 9 + 1975 = 7 + 9 + 22 = 38 = 3 + 8 = 11/2 [Excited/Neutral]
PY(2004) = 7 + 9 + 2004 = 7 + 9 + 6 = 22/4            [Excited/Bad]
PM(Aug) = 22 + 8 = 30 = 3 + 0 = 3                         [Good]
PM(Sep) = 22 + 9 = 31 = 3 + 1 = 4                         [Neutral]*
(* PM=4 is Neutral because of PY=22/4)
Notice all year round in 2004 the PY will function at the lower energy level of number 4 (Bad) unless it is being excited by another personal element with number 4. The PY will only be excited in one out of nine cycle times:
1) One out of nine months
2) One out of nine days
3) One out of nine hours
4) One out of nine minutes, etc

September works on vibration number 4, so it is the best month this year for this person because it excites the Personal Year's Master Number:
PY = 22/4    Excited
PM = 4        Neutral

August is supposed to be a lucky month but you're still left with a weak PY=4:
PY = 4        Bad
PM = 3       Good

There are only four auspicious days in August when PD=4: 1st, 10th, 19th & 28th (repeating every nine days)
Let's say this person is you & that you've decided to play on any of these four days, your must next identify their corresponding PH.........
00HRS: PH=1        Good
01HRS: PH=5        Good
02HRS: PH=6        Good
03HRS: PH=7        Bad
04HRS: PH=8        Good
05HRS: PH=9        Bad
06HRS: PH=1        Good
07HRS: PH=11/2    Excited
08HRS: PH=3        Good
09HRS: PH=13/4    Very Bad
10HRS: PH=5        Good
11HRS: PH=6        Good
12HRS: PH=7        Bad
13HRS: PH=8        Good
14HRS: PH=9        Bad
15HRS: PH=1        Good
16HRS: PH=11/2    Excited
17HRS: PH=3        Good
18HRS: PH=13/4    Very Bad
19HRS: PH=5        Good
20HRS: PH=6        Good
21HRS: PH=7        Bad
22HRS: PH=8        Good
23HRS: PH=9        Bad

So a snapshot of your timing profile at 3pm:
LP=11/2                Neutral
PY(2004)=22/4       Excited x1
PM(Aug)=3            Good
PD=4                    Neutral
PH(3pm)=1            Good

Another snapshot at 4pm:
LP=11/2                Neutral
PY(2004)=22/4       Excited x1
PM(Aug)=3            Good
PD=4                    Neutral
PH(4pm)=11/2        Excited x1

Therefore on August 1st, 10th, 19th & 28th of 2004, you can play during these times:
1) Midnight to 3am
2) 4am-5am
3) 6am-9am
4) 10am-12pm
5) 1pm-2pm
6) 3pm-6pm
7) 7pm-9pm
8) 10pm-11pm
You've got a total of 16 playable hours out of 24 per day!

Now, how about the other days in August? Well, you still have auspicious periods but they are of a shorter duration.
For example on August 7th, PD(7th)=1. Your hourly auspicious period are on every 9 unit cycles at 3am, 12pm & 9pm (their PH=4).
LP=11/2                Neutral
PY(2004)=22/4       Excited x1
PM(Aug)=3            Good
PD(7th)=1              Good
PH=4                    Neutral

What about August 2nd? As you cannot turn your PH into a 4 (try to calculate this and see for yourself!), the best is it will end up as a 13/4 which cancels the good effect of your PY=22/4. They ended up being neutralised by each other as follows:
LP=11/2                Neutral
PY(2004)=22/4       Neutral
PM(Aug)=3            Good
PD(2nd)=5             Good
PH(8am)=13/4        Neutral
You can still afford to take risk at these "lesser auspicious" period which will occur at 8am & 5pm (limited to 1 hour each).

Comparatively September has a lot more auspicious days than for August:
1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th ,15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 22th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th & 31th
There are so many lucky days in September because of the effect of the person's LP & PY. Hence he will have a lot of opportunity to plan for his perfect timing schedule.

Here are the PH timing for Sept 1st, 10th, 19th & 28th:
00HRS: PH=11/2    Excited
01HRS: PH=6        Good
02HRS: PH=7        Bad
03HRS: PH=8        Good
04HRS: PH=9        Bad
05HRS: PH=1        Good
06HRS: PH=11/2    Excited
07HRS: PH=3        Good
08HRS: PH=13/4    Very Bad
09HRS: PH=14/5    Very Bad
10HRS: PH=6        Good
11HRS: PH=16/7    Very Bad
12HRS: PH=8        Good
13HRS: PH=9        Bad
14HRS: PH=1        Good
15HRS: PH=11/2    Excited
16HRS: PH=3        Good
17HRS: PH=13/4    Very Bad
18HRS: PH=14/5    Very Bad
19HRS: PH=6        Good
20HRS: PH=7        Bad
21HRS: PH=8        Good
22HRS: PH=9        Bad
23HRS: PH=1        Good

We can clearly see the 3 hour window of opportunity between 2pm-5pm on that day. Try to avoid playing at 5pm because it's a Karmic Debt hour. You will need to work out the PH for the other days in September.
