Hello everyone,
Yesterday marked Day 16 of my cleanse. Actually, I was on the
fast purely for 14 days, and started adding some steamed
vegetables and a few grains for the past two days. Today I am
fully back on food, but definitely eating cleanly. I lost
about 20 pounds. I never felt hunger or a lack of energy at
any time. As for the hunger, I believe my regimen of 5 "health
shakes" per day of psyllium, bentonite and a bit of aloe vera
juice in some of the lemonade kept me feeling full (without
containing any actually digestible food).
