Wondering if anyone has done this and been able to maintain a weight
training regimine at the same time. Or maybe someone could tell me
even if they don't work out if this would be at all feesable. I train
three days a week and lift pretty heavy but would really like to try
this detox. Just got back from a 10-day meditation retreat and there
were a couple of guys who attended that were raving about this "Master
Cleanser". I guess a big concern of mine is not getting any protein.
Thanx for any info

Hi there..
I actually did this cleanse last year ...all the while weight training three times a week. I did it for 14 days, I worked out as usual...arerobics and lifting. You have nothing to worry about. You will feel super energized (the first 2 or 3 days is the worst part). I'm starting the cleanse again tomorrow for two weeks. Good luck!
