hello,

peter here. 34 years old in los angeles. i'm going to cleanse for 24
hours. on the home page, it stated that a regular fast schedule was 1
day every 7, a 3-day every month, and 2 7-days every year.

well, this is my first weekly 1 day.

i have attempted the cleanse in the past and honestly don't remember
how i did--i think that means i didn't reach my goal.
