Hi,
I am on day 1 of the master cleanse, anyway this morning i did the salt
water flush, and well within 45 minutes it flushed out my entire
track/colon/ect..i mean the toilet bowel was filled with solids...sorry
to sound gross, since then its yellow bile coming out liquidy thats
it. do i still need to do the salt water flush every morning?????????
i noticed alot of people take days to get all the matter out, i dunno
why i did it in an hour...please let me know what u think of this..
