In addition to Sheila's outstanding job with Visions, here are some things I
remember about her.
She was a great cook. I remember that she had this huge stove in her kitchen
that looked like something from a gourmet chef's kitchen that just amazed me.
She made fabulous home-made ice cream.
She bought Coca Cola in the small traditional glass bottles, not cans or
plastic, and I have to admit they tasted much better!
She was absolutely fearless about driving in Manhattan (unlike me), and she once
tried (unsuccessfully) to convince me that I could drive from her home to
Battery Park to sightsee at the Statue of Liberty (I took the train).
She was a truly kind and creative person.
I remember the stimulating conversations we had about Rogerian theory and lots
of other things.
She loved being a grandmother, and she had a tremendous love for her family.
My heart goes out to Mo, her children, and her grandchildren.
