Well, being part of the VA Healthcare System our record system is fully
computerized and integrated. Utilizing our data warehouse department,
we track both administrative and clinical outcomes. So far the program
in demonstrating reduced ER visits, reduced Admissions, reduced Bed Days
of Care, and improved clinical outcomes such as HA1C, Blood Pressure
control, and Weight control. This can be tracked by individual pt,
program level, network level, and nation wide.
