I do have some server capacity that I can make available to newbies. I can't
host humongous sites or very active sites, but as a step in getting a web
presence I could help out - sans web design work - your site has to be prepared
by someone other than me and work on it limited to very infrequent upgrades or
modifications. As well, I cannot guarantee that the site will always be
available but heck - if it is free, you shouldn't expect too, too much...

that desirable, but it is the best I can do:
