I think the proposal sounds good. the only issue i'd be cautious about
is setting up a separate website from Fran's MER homepage. That, of
course, is up to you and Fran but getting website's maintained can be
difficult and it would be a shame if the effort to better promote all
of our work were to succumb to broken links because of local changes in
equipment and IT upgrades.
The other issues would be things like how to best transfer content to
web formats - some PDFs can have text extracted which makes it easy to
quote an author - if possible I'd encourage that. Going forward it
would be good if we could use an approach that reduced file sizes
however.
With those two disclaimers I am certainly in support of a move
forward...
