We use Medical-Surgical Nursing by Lewis, Heitkemper, & Dirksen from Mosby.
It has a Virtual Clinical Excursion CD-ROM that “sends students into the
virtual clinical setting to “visit” patients, access charts, make
assessments, monitor daily changes, formulate nursing diagnoses, plan
interventions, and much more.”



I have this in my office, but have not yet “fired it up”. I’ll look at it
and let you know what it’s like.
