Hi Friends,

Talked to Richard a few minutes ago. He sounds good and is doing a lot
better. He has been out a couple of times but still feels tired.

He has been reading the LS and promised to try to post something in
the next few days.

So keep that healing energy flowing his way - and don't forget the
rest of the family - I think they could all use some energy....
