Hi All,

Great time in NYC at the conference and Dialogue. Wondewrful to see
so many friends again after a long absence - well except for
savannah. Also some incredibly stimulating presentations and of
course the conversations are always great when we get together. Also
thoroughly enjoyed the horseplay with my good buddies: Howard,
Richard, and Fran... It is soooo 'freeing' not to be a doc candidate
anymore... :-)

A couple of things:

I really do want to get some dialogue going here. One possibility is
to as/assign 'volunteers' to open a thread with a question, a
comment, a link to some new info that might be of interest. On other
listservers this has worked out pretty well. The difficulty of course
is getting over 'stagefright'...

Several years ago I participated in a fun group - people were put on
the 'hot seat' and they were asked questions. They could Lie, Tell
the truth, or Refuse to answer. Obviously, we all have done a good
job on the last one...

so how about this - if you put your foot in your mouth - as I have on
any number of occasions - the appropriate rejoinder is simply: Well I
was lying...

To people who asked whether they were on this listserver - this email
is the answer. If you did not get it - you are not on the
listserver...
