that the MER Scholars Fund Board would welcome him as a SRS Founder. Have
any of our Scholarship recipients completed their degree...perhaps one of
them might be willing.

Board is important.

Martha E. Rogers Scholars Fund

Call for Nominations, 2009-2010

At the annual meeting to be held October 2009 during the annual SRS
conference, the Board of Directors of the Fund will elect the following
officers
to serve for a one year term:

President

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

4 - 5 Board Members

Meetings are held via conference call at least twice a year in addition to
the meeting at the annual SRS conference.

The Fund is a not-for-profit corporation established to (1) educate the
public about the nursing community's role in healthcare and Rogerian science
and (2) provide scholarships and fellowships for nursing students, nurse
researchers, and nurse theorists whose focus is Rogerian nursing science.

Nominees shall be members of SRS in good standing.

Nominations are due no later than September 1, 2009.
