I am so moved by everyone's responses. Thank you so much.
Jacqui, your suggestion resonates...it's how I got my dissertation
done. I carried MER books with me constantly and read every night
before going to sleep. Immersion. I also like your suggestion of
carrying the folder with me everywhere I go...or something of that
nature. It allows one to percolate constantly in all the little
moments of 'waiting' or going to and fro that occur in all our days.
And of course, the list. I have that in my purse as we speak.
Thank you again, all. I see I can use my time much more productively
and be more pro-active, which is a much better energy space than
feeling reactive and victimized.
