"This book started as a compilation of my own practice. As far as I can remember, I always used some form of preparation for the in-depth treatment after a few patients suffered aggravations from the right remedy. Then I started being asked about this or that form of drainage, how to detoxify and was it a real thing or just a New Age fad. Eventually I thought it would make sense, and life easier, to put some order in what I was doing. While doing that I realised that over the years I had indeed accumulated a lot of knowledge and techniques that needed some order and logic. At that time I wrote an essay for our local homeopathic journal, Homeopathy NewZ, which you will find, however modified, as the first Introduction.
I also came to see that there were lots of correlations between different methods; that they were synergistic but that every type of practitioner, homeopath, herbalist, nutritionist, naturopath, was often doing his own little system without daring to investigate what others were using. What a waste! And moreover, many of those techniques were written, used and described in other languages.
Surprisingly, nobody ever bothered to translate any of them (except Dr. Maury) and to put them together so that they could be learned and used as an addition to one�s core practice.
So here it is. Without pretending to be complete or exhaustive, there is a lot of material, techniques and references.
Might I suggest you put aside any preconceptions and read it fully? Then try to use any technique you feel comfortable with or which is the closest to what you already know. After that, try some other ones. Your patients will be ever so thankful.
By the way, English is not my mother tongue, so, if you find grammatical errors or some style of writing that is not the Queen�s English, bear with me, please.

First introduction, mainly aimed at Homeopaths (but useful for everyone).

Homeopathy is the treatment of diseases by remedies chosen according to the Law of Similars.
All Homeopaths agree on that. Well�.most of them.

But is that all?

How comes that sometimes a remedy, obviously well chosen, works poorly? And this even when the choice is checked by colleagues and teachers, and the same remedy is suggested?
How comes that a well-chosen remedy sometimes gives terrible aggravations? Wrong potency, wrong dose, are we told. However, is that really all?

Hahnemann, Kent and most of the contemporary Classical homeopaths advocate the use of a single remedy without any interference from any other form of treatment.
That is an ideal.
But is it always attainable? And is it always justified?

In today�s world, we are confronted not only with diseases, acute or chronic, but with a slow intoxication (intoxication is the introduction of external harmful compounds in the organism) and intoxination (intoxination is the flooding of the organism by internally produced harmful compounds, including bacterial toxins) of our organisms, a slow, subtle, insensible but all pervading and almost unavoidable poisoning: adulterated food, water polluted with the best of intentions (Cl, Fluor), polluted air, EMF from computers, TV, phones, power lines, vaccines and medications, etc,�

Our �Lebenskraft� (I am using the German word Lebenskraft instead of Vital Force because there has been too many arguments about what Hahnemann really meant by this word, and so many different translations. I do not want to become entangled in useless semantic arguments), Life Energy, Ki, Prana, Ruach, whatever you want to call it, is busy fighting the poisons and the diseases with the help of most of our organs.
To treat with Homeopathy, we introduce an artificial disease that is supposed to displace the natural disease. But it does not do that on its own; the remedy needs the involvement of the Lebenskraft and the active participation of all our organs.

What if they are too busy just maintaining life? Wouldn�t that explain why a well chosen remedy does not work?

What if the supplementary imbalance from the remedy just pushes some organs into a totally chaotic answer instead of starting the repairs? Wouldn�t that explain many unexpected aggravations?

Wouldn�t it make sense to prepare the body to heal? Isn�t it logic to optimise the function of each and every organ before the �real� treatment starts?

That is the purpose of Drainage, Detoxification and Organotherapy. And it is nothing really new, it was well done and codified by the French School of Homeopathy with famous names like Fortier Bernoville, Duprat, Vannier, Conan Meriadec, Michaud, Allendy, Bastien, Barbier, Nebel, Rouy, Zissu and many others.

Many Classical Unicist Homeopaths claim that the Simillimum is its own draining remedy.
Yes. Maybe. Sometimes.
Undeniably, there are situations where the correct remedy restores the normal physiology and functions so that total health is restored, toxins, poisons, metals, xenobiotics are eliminated and everything is running smoothly forever after.
Are you willing to gamble on this affirmation?
I am not!
I see too often patients receiving the correct prescription without any reaction or at best a very weak one indicating that the remedy was indeed correct but also had its action inhibited.
If I can avoid aggravations, complications or lack of efficiency, if I can speed up the recovery of a patient, then I will use whatever is needed.
There is no contradiction between Drainage and Hahnemanian Homeopathy.
One prepares the way for the other.
It is true that sometimes, by unblocking the function of the organism, the Lebenskraft is freed to perform its original task and produces a cure, or at least a sensible amelioration without the prescription of a Simillimum.
So what?
Isn�t that in absolute agreement with Paragraph 1 of the Organon? �The physician�s highest and only calling is to make the sick healthy, to cure, as it is called�.
And indeed detoxification is nothing else but the removal of obstacles to cure.

When you plan a long trip in your car, don�t you check and repair it beforehand to ensure a safe trip? Why would you do that for your car and not for your body?

Second introduction, aimed at other Natural Medicine practitioners (but Homeopaths could learn something from it).

Detoxify! Purify your body! Clean your organs!
Our patients are swarmed by advertisements and articles trying to sell them products with health benefits centred on the concept of being full of harmful substances that need to be removed.
And many are trying, eventually arriving at the clinic with bags full of empty boxes and no results whatsoever.
We know there is truth in the �cleansing mantra�, but we also know we need to give a precise treatment, individualized to the need of each and every patient according to his history, his clinical condition, his pathology and his desire to explore one way rather than another.
Yet most of the prescriptions I see are trademark products, the latest combination or the latest special juice from an exotic place, or whatever else. They might work but there is rarely any logic in the matching of the patient with the product, except maybe the financial logic.
As health practitioners, as professionals, we are bound to understand not only the patients� problem but how our remedies, drugs, medications, techniques, whatever we use, work, what they do exactly, when to use them and when not, why use them and why not.
That is the aim of this book.
Not to teach a technique. But to explain how to use what you already know in a proper way to achieve a proper, effective and safe detoxification; and maybe also to show how others do it and encourage you to explore more in depth different avenues that can complement what you already do. You would not be reading this if you did not want to enhance your knowledge.
Homeopaths will find dynamized remedies, Herbalists will find phytotherapic and gemmotherapic remedies, Osteopaths will find some organ adjustments, Naturopaths will find Nutrition and all of the above and everybody could learn about little known but very useful techniques like Lithotherapy, Oligotherapy, Gemmotherapy, Homeobotanical Medicine and others.
You will also see the links between those different approaches and how they can blend with each other without loosing their individuality; and you will be able to offer different possibilities and alternatives to patients who might be scared to try some of them for whatever reason.
No book can claim to be complete and exhaustive; this one is not different. You might have a very successful way to detoxify that is not listed here. Fantastic! How about publishing it? You might know of yet another herb that could help; let me know.
This work is based mainly on my personal experience backed by the vast amount of knowledge and clinical experience of Masters of the Art of Healing. It still is and will continually be a work in progress.

Prelude.

How did we get there anyway? How comes that earlier practitioners were able to treat many diseases with just a few remedies, and we, with all the accumulated knowledge of centuries of practice and with all the progress in knowledge, cannot match their feats?
As I wrote in the introduction, it is exogenous toxicity. Let me be rude, crass and vulgar for a moment: we are completely screwed, we are in deep shit and we have nobody else to blame but ourselves!
That does not mean that ONLY exogenous toxins, metals, poisons and xenobiotics are the culprits in the world�s state of health and that all the natural techniques we use are worthless UNLESS we remove them; daily practice shows that this is far from the truth. Nevertheless, many cures could be accelerated or completed with a good cleansing��
Genetics, constitution, diathesis, miasm, terrain, whatever you call it, is modified by exogenous toxins:
- no matter how strong our genetic background, our constitution is, a poison remains a poison and will act as a poison, all the time, every time
- it is the interaction of the poison with the terrain/constitution/genetic that will create either a specific disease or a specific weakness that in turn will allow a disease to emerge
- removing the toxins, or at least lowering their level and influence, allows the body to go back towards a more �virginal� terrain that can then be treated more easily with natural (meaning reinforcing the normal, healthy physiological activity) medicine
- not doing that explains partial results and failures in the hands of the best practitioners

Let me give a few examples of what modern day living and technology is introducing in our bodies and the result thereof, without writing a textbook of toxicology. When looked for, all those substances are found in our bodies.
Dioxin: cancers, brain damage, endometriosis
PCB: leukaemia and other cancers, heart problems

Pesticides and Insecticides: CFS, Parkinson, bladder and colon cancer,
other cancers, heart pathology
Phtalates (leaching form plastics): hormonal modifications
Styrene and Benzene: hepatitis, leukaemia, encephalopathy, paralysis, convulsions, arrhythmias, cancers, CFS
Toluene: nail deformity, menstrual disturbances, liver destruction, haematological problems, MI, depression, paraesthesia, neuropathies, CFS
Vinyl: cancer, birth defect, genetic damage, auto-immune diseases
Xenoestrogens (mainly phtalates): mimics estrogens and cause early puberty, endometriosis, and gynaecological cancers
Fluoride: behavioural changes, arthritis, bone cancers (osteosarcoma), heart, brain, kidney injuries and hormonal changes, thyroid dysfunction
Chlorine: increases cholesterol level because of direct damage to vascular endothelium (cholesterol is used to patch the damaged wall); transformed into chloramines and chloroform when comes in contact with proteins, becoming a carcinogen; thyroid dysfunction
All the heavy metals: aluminium, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury and many others are often the �undetected and not thought about� cause of multiple diseases in each and every organ and function of the body; just look up the table of contents of an Internal Medicine textbook, many if not most of the diseases listed there can be mimicked or caused by heavy metals.
I should also write about GME, radioactive pollution, EMF pollution (e-fog), etc,�..That would be too much for this book but the association of heavy metals and EMFs brings us to a very interesting phenomenon called �The Antenna Effect�.
It appears that people who have heavy metals stored in their bodies have them act as �antennas� and attract, focus, electromagnetic fields around them, causing weird symptoms that cannot be explained otherwise through physiology or physiopathology. The more metals are present, the strongest the antenna effect, the worst the symptoms; no wonder that in time, cellular changes happen and cancers are created; this could very well explain the discrepancies between many studies relating the use of cell phones and the occurrence of brain tumours: should the load in heavy metals in the brain be known, we might well find out that the more metals are present, the earlier and the more aggressive (?) a tumour will be. I would be delusional to believe we can stop the use of cellphones, laptops, computers, wi-fi and other components of electro-smog; at least, through proper detoxification, we can minimise if not completely remove that antenna effect. I refer you to Dr. Yoshiaki Omura�s research for more details.
Dr. Robert Becker, in his book �Cross Currents� describes that bacterias in culture exposed to EMFs are �fooled� into sensing this as an immune attack and in reaction secrete much more powerful toxins; through the antenna effect, germs that would otherwise not bother us might become more virulent, especially in patients loaded with heavy metals, compounding the effects of those metals with chronic, virulent infections. More reasons to get rid of the toxic metal burden.

The xenobiotics were unknown not so long ago and our bodies are not engineered to deal with them; heavy metal pollution was not as intense as it has been for the last century, even though they were creating havoc for a long time: for example, it is said that the lead pipes bringing water to the Roman households were responsible for the chronic occurrence of brain damage in the Roman population and eventually responsible for the decline and demise of the Roman Empire.

All that comes on top of the usual and well-known causes of endogenous toxicity created by liver, kidneys, adrenal, endocrine and other insufficiencies whose origins are found in infections, trauma, malnutrition or dysnutrition and even emotional events. Diabetes, kidney failure, liver failure, hypothyroidism, Addison�s disease are found everywhere in the medical literature dating back to Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine, Greek and Roman medicine up until now. Those insufficiencies start at an energetical level where all conventional tests are normal, but can be diagnosed for example through TCM diagnosis, then follow with functional problems where the clinical picture is clearer but still the usual tests are normal or borderline but �still in the acceptable range�, to end with full blown failure when finally the patient stops being considered as suffering from depression or being a malingerer��..organotherapy and drainage at the earliest stage possible will be a lot simpler and save a lot of suffering�and money.

Hahnemann clearly states in the Organon that removing the cause of disease is paramount to the success of a treatment: remove from damp living quarters, remove from areas of malaria are examples found in his writings. The same applies today with chronic poisoning of our bodies. All those xenobiotics, chemicals and heavy metals can mimic or cause ANY labelled disease in any body system. How would you expect to cure any of them while their triggers are still present and active?

Is there any use to test which exogenous toxins are present (the endogenous almost always appearing in the usual conventional lab work)? As a scientist, I definitely would love to know what I am dealing with; as a homeopath using Isotherapy, it would be useful in order to prescribe a precise isotherapic remedy; as a herbalist and nutritionist it would also be useful in order to fine tune the prescription of herbs and foods or supplements known to selectively remove said toxins. Yet there are some drawbacks:
- you would need to test for every known metal and xenobiotic unless there is a clearly documented contamination, in which case no test is needed except in order to know the level of contamination; even if it was possible, the costs would be prohibitive
- some useful tests are difficult to perform and very costly, needing specialised laboratories, dioxin for example; very few practitioners would have access to those labs and even fewer patients would be able to cover the costs, as public health generally does not get involved
- there are many controversies in the ways of performing and interpreting the results of tests: for example, the ongoing discussion whether hair samples should be washed or not before testing; or what does a certain level of toxin in the hair really mean? The body managing to expel it through dead tissues? A continuing intoxication? Contamination? And the same goes for the absence of a toxin in the hair or in the urine after a provocation test: it does not mean the tissues and organs are not saturated with that toxin, it means only it is not present where you look for it
- and last but not least, the discrepancy between the acceptance of the results by practitioners of different specialities: forensic experts rely very much on the results of those tests, sometimes ending up in long jail terms or death penalties where it still exists, whereas many internal medicine specialists scoff at them .. go figure�

In any case, practically, I tend to use general detoxification procedures at all times and add to them specific therapies, like Isotherapy, if one of the toxins is known. In all my years of practice, I have used hair mineral analysis only twice, and it was not useful as I could not do the tests again after treatment to objectivate the clinical results, for financial reasons. So, here you go: it would be nice and useful, but it is not indispensable, in my opinion, of course.

Sacred geometry

involves sacred universal patterns used in the design of everything in our reality, most often seen in sacred architecture and sacred art. The basic belief is that geometry and mathematical ratios, harmonics and proportion are also found in music, light, cosmology. This value system is seen as widespread even in prehistory, a cultural universal of the human condition. It is considered foundational to building sacred structures such as temples, mosques, megaliths, monuments and churches; sacred spaces such as altars, temenoi and tabernacles; meeting places such as sacred groves, village greens and holy wells and the creation of religious art, iconography and using "divine" proportions. Alternatively, sacred geometry based arts may be ephemeral, such as visualization, sandpainting and medicine wheels.

Sacred geometry may be understood as a worldview of pattern recognition, a complex system of religious symbols and structures involving space, time and form. According to this view the basic patterns of existence are perceived as sacred. By connecting with these, a believer contemplates the Great Mysteries, and the Great Design. By studying the nature of these patterns, forms and relationships and their connections, insight may be gained into the mysteries the laws and lore of the Universe.

Music

Even though Hans Jenny did pioneer cymatics in modern times, the study of geometric relationships to wave interaction (sound) obviously has much older roots (Pythagoras). A work that shows ancient peoples understanding of sacred geometry can be found in Scotland. In the Rosslyn Chapel, Thomas J. Mitchell, and his son, my friend Stuart Mitchell, have has found what he calls "frozen music". Apparently, there are 213 cubes with different symbols that are believed to have musical significance. After 27 years of study and research, Mitchell has found the correct pitches and tonality that matches each symbol on each cube, revealing harmonic and melodic progressions. He has fully discovered the "frozen music", which he has named the Rosslyn Motet, and is set to have it performed in the chapel on May 18, 2007, and June 1, 2007.

Cosmology

At least as late as Johannes Kepler (1571-1630), a belief in the geometric underpinnings of the cosmos persisted among scientists. Kepler explored the ratios of the planetary orbits, at first in two dimensions (having spotted that the ratio of the orbits of Jupiter and Saturn approximate to the in-circle and out-circle of an equilateral triangle). When this did not give him a neat enough outcome, he tried using the Platonic solids. In fact, planetary orbits can be related using two-dimensional geometric figures, but the figures do not occur in a particularly neat order. Even in his own lifetime (with less accurate data than we now possess) Kepler could see that the fit of the Platonic solids was imperfect. However, other geometric configurations are possible.

Natural Forms

Many forms observed in nature can be related to geometry (for sound reasons of resource optimization). For example, the chambered nautilus grows at a constant rate and so its shell forms a logarithmic spiral to accommodate that growth without changing shape. Also, honeybees construct hexagonal cells to hold their honey. These and other correspondences are seen by believers in sacred geometry to be further proof of the cosmic significance of geometric forms. But some scientists see such phenomena as the logical outcome of natural principles.

Art and Architecture

The golden ratio, geometric ratios, and geometric figures were often employed in the design of Egyptian, ancient Indian, Greek and Roman architecture. Medieval European cathedrals also incorporated symbolic geometry. Indian and Himalayan spiritual communities often constructed temples and fortifications on design plans of mandala and yantra. For examples of sacred geometry in art and architecture refer:

Contemporary Usage

A contemporary usage of the term sacred geometry describes New Age and occult assertions of a mathematical order to the intrinsic nature of the universe. Scientists see the same geometric and mathematical patterns as arising directly from natural principles. Some of the most prevalent traditional geometric forms ascribed to sacred geometry include the sine wave, the sphere, the vesica piscis, the 5 platonic solids, the torus (donut), the tesseract (4-dimensional cube), and the merkaba (2 oppositely oriented and interpenetrating tetrahedrons), and the the golden spiral. Some believers in sacred geometry also see significance in crop circles and in ancient architecture, such as the Great Pyramid of Giza and Stonehenge.

The golden ratio, also known as the god ratio, golden proportion, golden mean, golden section, golden number, divine proportion or sectio divina, is an irrational number, approximately 1.618 033 988 749 894 848, that possesses many interesting properties. Shapes proportioned according to the golden ratio have long been considered aesthetically pleasing in Western cultures, and the golden ratio is still used frequently in art and design, suggesting a natural balance between symmetry and asymmetry. The ancient Pythagoreans, who defined numbers as expressions of ratios (and not as units as is common today), believed that reality is numerical and that the golden ratio expressed an underlying truth about existence.

KABBALISTIC TREE OF LIFE
The Tree of Life is an arrangement of ten interconnected spheres (called sephiroth, Hebrew for 'spheres'), which represent the central organizational system of the Jewish Kabbalistic tradition. The Tree of life is considered to be a map of the universe and the psyche, the order of the creation of the cosmos, and a path to spiritual illumination. The ten spheres represent the ten archetypal numbers of the Pythagorian system; they are connected by paths assigned to the twenty two letter-numbers of the Hebrew alphabet.

The Kabbalistic tree of life has evolved over time. Its basic design is based on descriptions given in the Sefer Yetsirah, or Book of Creation, and expanded upon in the enourmous Kabbalistic text Zohar, the book of Splendour. Healing Karma with Reiki
by William Lee Rand

�Karma� is a Sanskrit word, which in its simplest form means �deed.� In Hindu philosophy, karma specifically refers to the deeds of the ego and the effects of those deeds. In an ultimate sense, all actions carried out by the ego affect the universe, causing it to be temporarily out of balance. The law of karma states that, to maintain balance, the universe directs the effects of one�s actions to eventually return to oneself.

All actions of the ego carry with them a karmic tracer that is both in the action and its effects and in the ego that created the action. It is this karmic tracer, acting like a deed of ownership, that causes the action to eventually return to the creator. Rather than the action itself being of primary importance, it is the intention of the one creating the action that determines the kind of karma that is created. A healthy positive intention will lead to a healthy positive effect when the karma returns; the opposite is also true.

Often the time it takes for the karma to return is more than one lifetime. When this is the case, the person usually isn�t aware that he or she is the creator. When this happens it will usually appear to the person that fortunate and/or unfortunate events are randomly happening to them, when in reality these events are the return of their own actions. Karma is the basis of one�s destiny�the seemingly inevitableness of events in the lives of some people.

When one fails to recognize that unfortunate events take place as the result of one�s own actions, there can be a tendency to blame others for them and to seek revenge. This misunderstanding creates further karma which binds one more firmly to one�s actions and the necessity to experience them, thus limiting one�s free will and restricting one�s ability to develop spiritually. This is called the wheel of karma.

One method of freeing oneself from the wheel of karma is to experience all of life�s ups and downs, living through the pain and difficulty as well as the fortunate events in a state of humble acceptance. By doing this, one allows one�s karma to return to oneself without creating more karma. By following this plan, one�s karma is eventually balanced. However, this can be very difficult to do. In addition to being very time consuming, often taking many lifetimes, it can also be very painful. The resolution of even one serious issue can often require years of suffering and difficulty.

Many of the illnesses and debilitating conditions people have are karmic in nature, being caused by actions the person has taken in this life or in past lives. In some healing circles and spiritual groups it is said that the reason a particular client isn�t healing is that the illness or debilitating condition is karmic and therefore the person must experience it in order to balance their karma. And because of this, supposedly there�s nothing the healer can do about it.

This idea has some validity, but only if we remain in this level of consciousness. It�s important to keep in mind that no matter what you are trying to accomplish in life, whether it�s to heal a condition, solve a problem or make your dreams come true, there is always a higher way. This concept also applies to solving karmic issues. The idea that one must experience one�s karma in order to move forward on one�s spiritual path is only valid as long as one makes use of this limited method of dealing with karma. There is a higher path to karmic healing that allows one to fulfill the purpose of karma, to heal quickly, and to move forward on one�s spiritual path with greatly reduced suffering.

This higher method makes use of the grace of the Higher Power, often administered through an enlightened being. We are all one with all that is. This means that we are one with the Higher Power, and we are one with all enlightened beings. Because of this, enlightened beings know that we are part of them too. They also possess tremendous love, wisdom and healing skill beyond our ability to comprehend. They are more than willing to help us heal and wait for us to make the opportunity available to them.

Keep in mind that the Higher Power has given each of us free will. This is something that is honored and respected by all enlightened beings. Because of this, they are unable to help us heal unless we ask that they do so. There are many ways to do this. The following is one method that has proven itself to be effective.

This technique can be used to heal your own karmic issues and can also be used to help others.If you�ve worked on a healing issue for a while with minimal results, or if the issue goes away, but keeps coming back, there�s a possibility that the issue has a karmic origin. Your intuition may also let you know the issue is karmic.

While the action of karma maintains balance in the universe, its main purpose is to help us learn about ourselves and how the universe works. Once we learn the lesson, the karma is no longer needed. It�s possible to enlist the aid of an enlightened being to help us learn the lesson and to balance the karma for us. This is a wonderful gift; helping us heal and move forward on our path through life, learning and growing as souls.

Karmic Healing Technique

Preparation
1. Unless you already have a strong working connection with an enlightened being, it will be necessary for you to develop one. First you�ll need to decide which one you�d like to work with. One way to do this is by reading about some of them such as Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, St. Germaine, any of the archangels, etc. and then deciding on one you feel attracted to.
2. Once you�ve chosen an enlightened being to work with, begin sending Reiki to them. Do this every day as a meditation. You can use Reiki I energy to do this, or if you have any of the higher levels of Reiki, you could also use the Distant Healing symbol and Mental/Emotional symbol from Reiki II, or any other Reiki symbols you feel guided to use.
3. As you send Reiki, say a prayer asking the enlightened being to strengthen your connection to them for the purpose of assisting you in your healing work.
4. Do this every day for several weeks. As you continue, your connection will become stronger and stronger, and you�ll most likely begin to feel the presence of your enlightened being from time to time throughout the day. This will be a wonderful experience. At the end of this period, you�ll be ready to go to the next part.

The Technique
5. Once you�ve developed a strong working connection with your enlightened being, you�ll be ready to make use of your new healing partner. Don�t be concerned if you don�t feel a strong connection. If you�ve done the preparation as described above, the connection will be there even if you don�t feel it very strongly.
6. Decide on the issue you�d like to heal. This can be anything in your life that isn�t working well. It can include physical health issues, emotional and relationship issues, psychological issues, and spiritual issues.
7. Using the Distant Healing symbol if you have it, begin sending Reiki to your enlightened being. If you don�t have this symbol, simply think of your enlightened being and send Reiki.
8. As you send Reiki, say a prayer asking that the enlightened being help you heal your issue by balancing the karma and helping you learn the lesson.
9. After doing #7 & #8 for 5 minutes or so, direct your attention toward the issue you�d like to heal. Using the Distant Healing symbol, or if you don�t have this symbol, simply thinking about the issue, send Reiki to the issue. Do this for another 5-10 minutes.
10. Ask the enlightened being to heal the issue, including healing the karma associated with it. Ask that the karma be balanced and that you receive assistance in learning the lesson.
11. Continue sending Reiki for an additional 5-10 minutes or until you feel it�s time to end the session.
12. Be aware of any shift in your awareness or releasing of energy.
13. The lesson may come to you during the session or shortly after or could come to you in a daydream or a sleeping dream. Sometimes the lesson isn�t consciously learned, but is presented to and learned by parts of the subconscious. If this is the case, you may not have a strong conscious awareness of the lesson but may notice a positive change in your attitude toward those things connected to the issue.
14. Say a prayer of gratitude thanking the enlightened being for all the help and healing it has given you.
15. Repeat this process, if necessary, until the issue is completely healed.
16. Sometimes an issue is healed in stages. When this happens the issue will go away, and you�ll feel that it has healed, but later it appears to return. This doesn�t mean that the healed part is returning, but that another, deeper part is surfacing, ready to receive its healing. Simply continue with this technique until all the parts have been healed.

Being on a spiritual path is an exciting and rewarding experience. As we heal ever-deeper parts of ourselves, our outer world becomes more harmonious, healthy and prosperous. Let us be grateful for the many blessings that are available to us and rejoice in our ability to help others.

The Elements of Ageing and its Reversal - from Jeshua

"Is it fair to say or assume that the body ages as negative thought patterns accumulate in the emotional body and the subtle body?"
Yes, but that is only a part of it.

As you know, genetics play a role because you inherit not only emotional aspects from your ancestors but you also inherit some of their patterns. It is that aspect that's contained in what science calls your "junk" DNA and they don't understand that yet, but there's more to genetics than the physical properties, so to speak - the colour of the hair, the eyes, the stature, the emotional makeup, longevity. That's understood by science. What is not understood by science are the things that a child inherits that have to do with the emotional aspects of past life history. So that plays a role in ageing. Those negative thoughts that you currently use, which of course, can be influenced genetically and the negative attitudes, belief systems, the mores from the years that your ancestors lived. You carry that also. Those aspects don't always show up in the younger years. They show up later.

Then nutrition plays a role. Exercise.

Very important - the attitudes of self-worth.

Love yourself - it's that simple. If you don't love yourself you will age faster.

The heart must sing. The soul must laugh. There must be joy.
If the heart is shut off to others, you age quicker. If you don't understand love and you feel unloved, you age quicker. If you feel you are cursed in some manner by another human being, you age faster and you wither.

And so, there are many aspects of ageing. And also, if you have a belief system that humanity is destined to age according to the number of years that you have lived, it is a self-fulfilling prophecy. These are all aspects of ageing. And there is also the time that you carry these attitudes with you where it starts to involve other systems.
Reversing the ageing process

So to reverse ageing, you can go through all of this clearing that you are talking about (karmic patterns from this life and past lives, belief systems, patterns within the DNA, etc), but the first step is to heal organs and you don't see those. All of the organs must be healed first so that the systems can perform at peak performance. The Peak. They can't be compromised in any way. Digestion, elimination, assimilation. These are all affecting organs that must be healed first.

So, even though you are clearing attitudes, past life trauma, if you start on this, say, in your '50's, you haven't started doing this until they have been in place for a very long time. You spoke about Atlantis. They did this every 5 years (at the Temple Beauty) and so their clearing took place before it affected the organs. And once the organs are affected, it takes much longer in clearing.

"How long will it take for the organs to heal and in what timeframe would we expect to see visible change?"

All of those prerequisites that I've discussed take a lot of work. A person has to be very diligent in completing these things. If you are taking the proper nutrition, clear water, elimination, mental attitude and we're not talking about a disease here, but simply the outer results of ageing. It depends on how intensive a program is that one follows. If these systems are worked upon - and this is without a healer, because intervention by a healer would quicken the process, of course - it might take several years for a person to heal the organs. With the intervention of a healer, it could take a month or two. Healers will show that kind of results in a body because they are bringing down energies that the individual who is not working with a healer has a very difficult time to accomplish for themselves. So when two people work together in the healing process, the organs can be h ealed faster. Now if you have worked closely with a healer and the organs are healed at optimum, 2-3 months - that is optimum.
That means all the things that we've talked about have to be of the highest priority and besides water, the air quality is important also.

So another factor sits here and that is the toxins that have been accumulating in the body and that would be the toxins and also the amount of plaque that is in the veins. So we would add to that to clear the veins of the plaque, to clear the body of the toxins, to clear the colon - all of those things must be cleared before the youth and vitality return. And so you see, this really is an 'if' answer. Because it is based upon so many components and if all these are dealt with as a high priority of clearing and you worked with a healer, it might only take 3-4 months.

But to work to the point where the reversal of ageing process is noticed - but that's working at the optimum - you can see how intertwined the system is when it has been allowed to go on for many years. If you are only working with a 5 year period like in Atlantis, it would be much easier to clear this.

You see what ageing is as far as organs are concerned is a loss of cells. They're not replicating like they should. And that means the entire organ now has to carry procedures that were meant for many other cells. So there has to be a rejuvenation of cells. And this takes time.

You're looking at least 9-12 months before you can start to demonstrate any kind of change in the outward appearance because that is one of the last places that reversal of ageing actually is demonstrated. But it can be done.

But you have to apply yourself in all these other areas. Greens are extremely important and if you are not eating enough quality greens, then drink your greens in a powdered form. Greens will heal in ways that you cannot understand because, even though there is a lot of talk of proteins, the human body was designed to exist on greens and fruits, with some nuts. So even though humanity is, as you've been talking about, 200,000 years old, the digestive system and the assimilation system really hasn't changed that much. But what humanity is eating has changed dramatically. In essence, the physical was designed to eat raw food. Raw fruits. Raw greens. Raw nuts. Berries.

And what is being consumed is animal fats, which clogs up a lot of the systems, so it would be important to look at the amount of fats that are consumed - except for vegetable fats. An avocado has fat in it but that is a vegetable fat. And it is alkaline. And if you ate the ideal diet, the body would be alkaline. And it is the acetic body that is causing the toxins.

If the body isn't alkaline, even if you're working on clearing the toxins, the toxins still increase.

The demise of Atlantis took "many millennia" together with three catastrophic events, beginning with a large axis shift, which caused the sinking of Mu, and ending with a much smaller axis shift some twenty-eight to thirty-three thousand years later. During the first shift, about one third of the northern area of Atlantis sank. At that same time, according to Moon, "...within the other continents of Earth, many sections broke apart and some were consumed by the sea."

The second devastation was not as a result of natural planetary upheavals, but was created by the Atlantean scientists. It happened sometime between twelve and seventeen thousand years after the first axis shift. The Atlanteans had already reached the pinnacle of their civilization and were moving into a decline. There was much unrest between the scientist class and the lower classes, and a civil war started. The scientists used powerful crystalline technology within their weapons and this resulted in tremendous geological disturbances that literally destroyed the eastern part of the continent and broke the western part into two sections.

So now the large continent of Atlantis had dwindled down to the size of two islands. Moon explained that the larger one was situated not far from the coast of present-day Portugal and the smaller one lay further to the north. These two islands remained stable for another sixteen thousand years, but a slight axis shift at that time destroyed the larger one, while the smaller island survived, but was broken into two. Moon then revealed that today we know this land as the British Isles, and he reminded me that he had previously said these Isles will sink during the next axis shift. (See Moon's predictions in Volume One)

At the time I channeled this information, I was aware that some people believed in the existence of Atlantis, but I did not wholeheartedly go along with this theory. I also knew that the Azores were thought to be the possible remains of this continent, but I had never heard of my homeland as being yet another part. Moon's message on the disintegration of the eastern area also seemed contrary to his information about the British Isles being a part of Atlantis. It seemed to me that it would only make sense if the western section of Atlantis had disintegrated.

Several years after receiving Moon's early messages about the location of Atlantis, I read about some underwater remains of what appeared to be roads and buildings being found close to Bimini. It was speculated that these proved the existence of Atlantis. For me, this discovery made Moon's words even more unbelievable because for both to be true, Atlantis must have stretched all the way across the Atlantic. However, time has taught me to not dismiss Moon's information when it appears to be incorrect or too outrageous. On many occasions his teachings have proved themselves to be true. With regards Atlantis, much more recently I have learned that it is thought in the far distant past this continent was joined to Central America by means of a land bridge. Eventually, this connection was severed, possibly through erosion by the sea. Then much later, due to continental drift and the Atlantean cataclysmic events, the above-water remains ultimately lay close to the European continent.

Moon's story of Atlantis continued. He said in the earlier years of their development, Atlanteans explored much of the earth and brought back to their homeland anything that was needed or of significance to them. This included capturing and enslaving many people with whom they came in contact. These individuals were of different races to that of the Atlanteans, therefore, they considered them less than their equals and did not cohabit with them.

Once they had exhausted their interest in the world that surrounded them, they looked towards space. They were able to achieve interplanetary travel and created communities on Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Moon added that when we acquire the technical ability to travel to these other planets within our Solar System, we will find some remnants of their population expansion to those planets.

Over the millennia, certain Atlanteans migrated to South America. Moon said this land was much larger then and had stretched well into the Atlantic Ocean. Yet other Atlanteans established communities on Antarctica which was free from the ice. Ultimately, they blended in with the lives of the people who were already living there and who were descended from those who escaped the earlier sinking of Mu.

As already expressed, by the time of the second partial destruction of Atlantis, her civilization had peaked and was in a state of decline. Ongoing communication with Atlantean descendants on other planets had ceased and everyday life became centered on the future of what remained of this once large and flourishing continent. Over the millennia, some of the inhabitants of the surrounding land masses had also established themselves on these two islands.

During the remaining few thousand years of Atlantean existence, the scientists tried to rediscover some of their lost technology, while also keeping secure what had remained. As time passed, they looked for methods of maintenance and preservation of all their knowledge and technical achievements. They did this because they were certain Atlantean days were numbered. For them the most devastating aspect of this doomsday scenario was the loss of their technology and advanced form of life. They could not envisage a world without such learning.

As the final thousand years of the existence of Atlantis passed, her most powerful and influential scientists held several meetings to discuss how they could preserve their technology, beliefs and wisdom. Due to their scientific knowledge and what Moon called "mastery of psychic abilities," they knew that the final destruction of Atlantis was inevitable. They also made the decision to relocate any remaining industries from the smaller island to the larger one. It was reasonable to presume that the smaller one would disintegrate sooner than the larger island. Once this was done, there was a gradual lessening of communication between the two and, eventually, the Atlanteans living on the smaller island were left undisturbed to continue their lives in whatever way they chose.

They became a community who lived off the land and lived simple, technology-free existences. This was in stark contrast to their previous lives. However, some of the customs and teachings that had been given to them by the priest class prevailed. Moon said their rural, down-to-earth lives were interspersed with the more lavish celebrations of the old Atlantean religion. As century followed century, their culture did not progress, but slowly reverted into barbarism. By the time the larger island disappeared, their glorious heritage was gone and only faint whisperings of it could be seen in their rituals of an ancient and no longer understood religion...

...Going back to his explanation of how Egypt became an Atlantean satellite state and ultimately its successor, Moon told me that a plan-of-action was orchestrated whereby certain Atlantean individuals traveled to various parts of the world. They were in the business of looking for suitable heirs to the technological wealth and wonders of Atlantis. It took several hundred years before a community of primitive people, who were living in the Nile basin, were chosen. They were "the descendants of a group of marauding, white nomads who had finally settled in this fertile region..."

Yes, it is known that asparagus is very good against kidney diseases, too, but it should not be overeaten as it contains a lot of potassium that could lead to heart conditions.            Several years ago, I had a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a photocopied copy of an article,entitled, `Asparagus for cancer ' printed in Cancer News Journal, December 1979.

            I will share it here, just as it was shared with me: 'I am a biochemist,and have specialized in the relation of diet to health for over 50 years.

         Several years ago, I learned of the discovery of Richard R.Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer. Since then, I have worked with him on his project. We have accumulated a number of favourable case histories.
         Here are a few examples:

Case No. 1,
              A man with an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin's disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely incapacitated. Within 1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise.

Case No. 2,
              A successful businessman 68 years old who suffered from cancer of the bladder for 16 years. After years of medical treatments,including radiation without improvement, he went on asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumor had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.

Case No. 3,
              A man who had lung cancer. On March 5th 1971, he was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable. The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April 5th he heard about the asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it. By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared. He is back at his regular business routine. *

*Case No. 4,
             A woman who was troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She finally developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by asking specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after starting on asparagus, her skin specialist said that her skin looked fine and nomore skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus.

               I was not surprised at this result, as `The elements of Materia Medica', edited in 1854 by a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones.

               We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy. For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using, and therefore canned asparagus is just as good as fresh.

               I have corresponded with the two leading canners of asparagus, Giant Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives.

            * * PROCEDURE:
1) Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree, and store in the refrigerator.

2) Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening.

                Patients usually show some improvement in from 2-4 weeks. It can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink. This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases.

                As a biochemist I am convinced of the old saying that `what cures can prevent'. Based on this theory, my wife and I have been using asparagus puree as a beverage with our meals. We take 2 tablespoons diluted in water to suit our taste with breakfast and with dinner. I take mine hot and my wife prefers hers cold.

                For years we have made it a practice to have blood surveys taken as part of our regular checkups.

                The last blood survey, taken by a medical doctor who specializes in the nutritional approach to health, showed substantial improvements in all categories over the last one, and we can attribute these improvements to nothing but the asparagus drink...

                As a biochemist, I have made an extensive study of all aspects of cancer, and all of the proposed cures. As a result, I am convinced that asparagus fits in better with the latest theories about cancer. Asparagus contains a good supply of protein called histones, which are believed to be active in controlling cell growth. For that reason, I believe asparagus can be said to contain a substance that I call cell growth normalizer. That accounts for its actio n on cancer and inacting as a general body tonic. In any event, regardless of theory, asparagus used as we suggest, is a harmless substance.

Critical Alert: The Swine Flu Pandemic � Fact or Fiction?

American health officials declared a public health emergency as cases of swine flu were confirmed in the U.S. Health officials across the world fear this could be the leading edge of a global pandemic emerging from Mexico, where seven people are confirmed dead as a result of the new virus.

On Monday April 27th, the World Health Organization (WHO) raised its pandemic alert level to four on its six-level threat scale,¹ which means they've determined that the virus is capable of human-to-human transmission. The initial outbreaks across North America reveal an infection already traveling at higher velocity than did the last official pandemic strain, the 1968 Hong Kong flu.

The number of fatalities, and suspected and confirmed cases across the world change depending on the source, so your best bet -- if you want the latest numbers -- is to use Google Maps' Swine Flu Tracker.

Several nations have imposed travel bans, or made plans to quarantine air travelers² that present symptoms of the swine flu, such as:

Fever of more than 100
Coughing
Runny nose and/or sore throat
Joint aches
Severe headache
Vomiting and/or diarrhea
Lethargy
Lack of appetite

Top global flu experts are trying to predict how dangerous the new swine flu strain will be, as it became clear that they had little information about Mexico's outbreak. It is as yet unclear how many cases occurred in the month or so before the outbreak was detected. It's also unknown whether the virus was mutating to be more lethal, or less.

Much Fear Mongering Being Promoted

I suspect you have likely been alarmed by the media's coverage of the swine flu scare. It has a noticeable subplot - preparing you for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing you to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

On April 27, Time magazine published an article which discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of �how not to handle a flu outbreak�, the article still introduces the notion that officials �may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease�.

WHO and CDC Pandemic Preparedness Seriously Broken

The pandemic warning system has failed as it simply doesn't exist, even in North America and Europe. To improve the system, massive new investments in surveillance, scientific and regulatory infrastructure, basic public health, and global access to common sense interventions like vitamin D optimization are required.

According to the Washington Post, the CDC did not learn about the outbreak until six days after Mexico had begun to impose emergency measures. There should be no excuses. The paradox of this swine flu panic is that, while totally unexpected, it was accurately predicted. Six years ago, Science dedicated a major story to evidence that "after years of stability, the North American swine flu virus has jumped onto an evolutionary fasttrack".

However, maybe this is precisely what public health authorities desire.

This is NOT the First Swine Flu Panic

My guess is that you can expect to see a lot of panic over this issue in the near future. But the key is to remain calm -- this isn't the first time the public has been warned about swine flu. The last time was in 1976, right before I entered medical school and I remember it very clearly. It resulted in the massive swine flu vaccine campaign.

Do you happen to recall the result of this massive campaign?

Within a few months, claims totaling $1.3 billion had been filed by victims who had suffered paralysis from the vaccine. The vaccine was also blamed for 25 deaths.

However, several hundred people developed crippling Guillain-Barr� Syndrome after they were injected with the swine flu vaccine. Even healthy 20-year-olds ended up as paraplegics.

And the swine flu pandemic itself? It never materialized.

More People Died From the Swine Flu Vaccine than Swine Flu!

It is very difficult to forecast a pandemic, and a rash response can be extremely damaging.

As of Monday April 27, the worldwide total number of confirmed cases was 82, according to WHO, which included 40 cases in the U.S., confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control. But does that truly warrant the feverish news headlines?

To put things into perspective, malaria kills 3,000 people EVERY DAY, and it's considered "a health problem"... But of course, there are no fancy vaccines for malaria that can rake in billions of dollars in a short amount of time.

One Australian news source,³ for example, states that even a mild swine flu epidemic could lead to the deaths of 1.4 million people and would reduce economic growth by nearly $5 trillion dollars.

Give me a break, if this doesn't sound like the outlandish cries of the pandemic bird-flu I don't know what does. Do you remember when President Bush said two million Americans would die as a result of the bird flu?

In 2005, in 2006, 2007, and again in 2008, those fears were exposed as little more than a cruel hoax, designed to instill fear, and line the pocketbooks of various individuals and industry. I became so convinced by the evidence AGAINST the possibility of a bird flu pandemic that I wrote a New York Times bestselling book, The Bird Flu Hoax, all about the massive fraud involved with the epidemic that never happened..

What is the Swine Flu?

Regular swine flu is a contagious respiratory disease, caused by a type-A influenza virus that affects pigs. The current strain, A(H1N1), is a new variation of an H1N1 virus -- which causes seasonal flu outbreaks in humans -- that also contains genetic material of bird and pig versions of the flu.

Interestingly enough, this version has never before been seen in neither human nor animal, which I will discuss a bit later.

This does sound bad. But not so fast. There are a few reasons to not rush to conclusions that this is the deadly pandemic we've been told would occur in the near future (as if anyone could predict it without having some sort of inside knowledge).

Why a True Bird- or Swine Flu Pandemic is HIGHLY Unlikely

While in my opinion it is highly likely factory farming is responsible for producing this viral strain, I believe there is still no cause for concern.

You may not know this, but all H1N1 flu's are descendants of the 1918 pandemic strain. The reason why the flu shot may or may not work, however, from year to year, is due to mutations. Therefore, there's no vaccine available for this current hybrid flu strain, and naturally, this is feeding the fear that millions of people will die before a vaccine can be made.

However, let me remind you of one very important fact here.

Just a couple of months ago, scientists concluded that the 1918 flu pandemic that killed between 50-100 million people worldwide in a matter of 18 months -- which all these worst case scenarios are built upon -- was NOT due to the flu itself!⁴

Instead, they discovered the real culprit was strep infections.

People with influenza often get what is known as a "superinfection" with a bacterial agent. In 1918 it appears to have been Streptococcus pneumoniae.

Since strep is much easier to treat than the flu using modern medicine, a new pandemic would likely be much less dire than it was in the early 20th century, the researchers concluded.

Others, such as evolutionary biologist Paul Ewald,⁵ claim that a pandemic of this sort simply cannot happen, because in order for it to occur, the world has to change. Not the virus itself, but the world.

In a previous interview for Esquire magazine, in which he discusses the possibility of a bird flu pandemic, he states:

"They think that if a virus mutates, it's an evolutionary event. Well, the virus is mutating because that is what viruses and other pathogens do. But evolution is not just random mutation. It is random mutation coupled with natural selection; it is a battle for competitive advantage among different strains generated by random mutation.

For bird flu to evolve into a human pandemic, the strain that finds a home in humanity has to be a strain that is both highly virulent and highly transmissible. Deadliness has to translate somehow into popularity; H5N1 has to find a way to kill or immobilize its human hosts, and still find other hosts to infect. Usually that doesn't happen."

Ewald goes on to explain that evolution in general is all about trade-offs, and in the evolution of infections the trade-off is between virulence and transmissibility.

What this means is that in order for a "bird flu" or "swine flu" to turn into a human pandemic, it has to find an environment that favors both deadly virulence and ease of transmission.

People living in squalor on the Western Front at the end of World War I generated such an environment, from which the epidemic of 1918 could arise.

Likewise, crowded chicken farms, slaughterhouses, and jam-packed markets of eastern Asia provide another such environment, and that environment gave rise to the bird flu -- a pathogen that both kills and spreads, in birds, but not in humans.

Says Ewald:

"We know that H5N1 is well adapted to birds. We also know that it has a hard time becoming a virus that can move from person to person. It has a hard time without our doing anything. But we can make it harder. We can make sure it has no human population in which to evolve transmissibility. There is no need to rely on the mass extermination of chickens. There is no need to stockpile vaccines for everyone.

By vaccinating just the people most at risk -- the people who work with chickens and the caregivers -- we can prevent it from becoming transmissible among humans. Then it doesn't matter what it does in chickens."

Please remember that, despite the fantastic headlines and projections of MILLIONS of deaths, the H5N1 bird flu virus killed a mere 257 people worldwide since late 2003. As unfortunate as those deaths are, 257 deaths worldwide from any disease, over the course of five years, simply does not constitute an emergency worthy of much attention, let alone fear!

Honestly, your risk of being killed by a lightning strike in the last five years was about 2,300 percent higher than your risk of contracting and dying from the bird flu.⁶ I'm not kidding! In just one year (2004), more than 1,170 people died from lighting strikes, worldwide.⁷

So please, as the numbers of confirmed swine flu cases are released, keep a level head and don't let fear run away with your brains.

So is the Swine Flu Getting More or Less Dangerous?

On Sunday, April 26, The Independent reported that more than 1,000 people had contracted the swine flu virus in Mexico, ⁸ but by the afternoon that same day, Mexican President Calderon declared that more than two-thirds of the 1,300 thought to have contracted the disease had been given a clean bill of health and sent home.⁹

Additionally, the number of actual confirmed cases appears to be far lower than reported in many media outlets, leading me to believe that many reporters are interchanging the terms "suspected cases" and "confirmed cases."

Interestingly Mexico is the ONLY country in the world where someone has actually died from this disease.Mexico has reported 159 fatalities in flu-like cases in recent days, seven of which have been confirmed as swine flu. Another 19 patients have been confirmed as having swine flu but surviving. About 2,000 people have been hospitalized with symptoms.

By contrast, the United States has had 64 confirmed cases, five hospitalizations and no deaths from US Citizens. On April 29th CNN reported the first swine fatality in the US, however this was actually a child from Mexico that died in Texas.

According to the World Health Organization's Epidemic and Pandemic Alert and Response site; as of April 27, there are:

64 laboratory confirmed cases in U.S. -- 0 deaths (reported by CDC as of April 29)
26 confirmed cases in Mexico -- 7 deaths
6 confirmed cases in Canada -- 0 deaths
1 confirmed case in Spain -- 0 deaths

Additionally, nearly all suspected new cases have been reported as mild.

Personally, I am highly skeptical. It simply doesn't add up to a real pandemic.

But it does raise serious questions about where this brand new, never before seen virus came from, especially since it cannot be contracted from eating pork products, and has never before been seen in pigs, and contains traits from the bird flu -- and which, so far, only seems to respond to Tamiflu. Are we just that lucky, or... what?

Your Fear Will Make Some People VERY Rich in Today's Crumbling Economy

According to the Associated Press at least one financial analyst estimates up to $388 million worth of Tamiflu sales in the near future¹⁰ -- and that's without a pandemic outbreak.

More than half a dozen pharmaceutical companies, including Gilead Sciences Inc., Roche, GlaxoSmithKline and other companies with a stake in flu treatments and detection, have seen a rise in their shares in a matter of days, and will likely see revenue boosts if the swine flu outbreak continues to spread.

As soon as Homeland Security declared a health emergency, 25 percent -- about 12 million doses -- of Tamiflu and Relenza treatment courses were released from the nation's stockpile. However, beware that the declaration also allows unapproved tests and drugs to be administered to children. Many health- and government officials are more than willing to take that chance with your life, and the life of your child. But are you?

Remember, Tamiflu went through some rough times not too long ago, as the dangers of this drug came to light when, in 2007, the FDA finally began investigating some 1,800 adverse event reports related to the drug. Common side effects of Tamiflu include:

Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Headache
Dizziness
Fatigue
Cough

All in all, the very symptoms you're trying to avoid.

More serious symptoms included convulsions, delirium or delusions, and 14 deaths in children and teens as a result of neuropsychiatric problems and brain infections (which led Japan to ban Tamiflu for children in 2007). And that's for a drug that, when used as directed, only reduces the duration of influenza symptoms by 1 to 1 � days, according to the official data.

But making matters worse, some patients with influenza are at HIGHER risk for secondary bacterial infections when on Tamiflu. And secondary bacterial infections, as I mentioned earlier, was likely the REAL cause of the mass fatalities during the 1918 pandemic!

Where did This Mysterious New Animal-Human Flu Strain Come From?

Alongside the fear-mongering headlines, I've also seen increasing numbers of reports questioning the true nature of this virus. And rightfully so.

Could a mixed animal-human mutant like this occur naturally? And if not, who made it, and how was it released?

Not one to dabble too deep in conspiracy theories, I don't have to strain very hard to find actual facts to support the notion that this may not be a natural mutation, and that those who stand to gain have the wherewithal to pull off such a stunt.

Just last month I reported on the story that the American pharmaceutical company Baxter was under investigation for distributing the deadly avian flu virus to 18 different countries as part of a seasonal flu vaccine shipment. Czech reporters were probing to see if it may have been part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic; as such a "mistake" would be virtually impossible under the security protocols of that virus.

The H5N1 virus on its own is not very airborne. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which are more easily spread, the effect could be a potent, airborne, deadly, biological weapon. If this batch of live bird flu and seasonal flu viruses had reached the public, it could have resulted in dire consequences.

There is a name for this mixing of viruses; it's called "reassortment," and it is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created in the lab. Some scientists say the most recent global outbreak -- the 1977 Russian flu -- was started by a virus created and leaked from a laboratory.

Another example of the less sterling integrity of Big Pharma is the case of Bayer, who sold millions of dollars worth of an injectable blood-clotting medicine to Asian, Latin American, and some European countries in the mid-1980s, even though they knew it was tainted with the AIDS virus.

So while it is morally unthinkable that a drug company would knowingly contaminate flu vaccines with a deadly flu virus such as the bird- or swine flu, it is certainly not impossible. It has already happened more than once.

But there seems to be no repercussions or hard feelings when industry oversteps the boundaries of morality and integrity and enters the arena of obscenity. Because, lo and behold, which company has been chosen to head up efforts, along with WHO, to produce a vaccine against the Mexican swine flu?

Baxter!¹¹ Despite the fact that ink has barely dried on the investigative reports from their should-be-criminal "mistake" against humanity.

According to other sources,¹² a top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, has concluded that the current swine flu virus possesses certain transmission "vectors" that suggest the new strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.

The UN expert believes that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are biological warfare agents.

In addition, Army criminal investigators are looking into the possibility that disease samples are missing from biolabs at Fort Detrick -- the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was released, according to a recent article in the Fredrick News Post.¹³ In February, the top biodefense lab halted all its research into Ebola, anthrax, plague, and other diseases known as "select agents," after they discovered virus samples that weren't listed in its inventory and might have been switched with something else.

Factory Farming Maybe Source of Swine Flu

Another theory as to the cause of Swine Flu might be factory farming. In the United States, pigs travel coast to coast. They can be bred in North Carolina, fattened in the corn belt of Iowa, and slaughtered in California.

While this may reduce short-term costs for the pork industry, the highly contagious nature of diseases like influenza (perhaps made further infectious by the stresses of transport) needs to be considered when calculating the true cost of long-distance live animal transport.

The majority of U.S. pig farms now confine more than 5,000 animals each. With a group of 5,000 animals, if a novel virus shows up it will have more opportunity to replicate and potentially spread than in a group of 100 pigs on a small farm.

With massive concentrations of farm animals within which to mutate, these new swine flu viruses in North America seem to be on an evolutionary fast track, jumping and reassorting between species at an unprecedented rate.

Swine flu alert clears old stock of Tamiflu

It is almost three years since we faced the hysteria of an avian flu epidemic, when governments bought billions of dollars of Tamiflu � the same anti-viral now being promoted to combat a supposed swine flu pandemic. The shelf life of Tamiflu also happens to be three years.

The World Health Organization has, at the time of writing, increased its threat level to five, which means governments can activate their pandemic plans � and start handing out Tamiflu drugs.

This is extremely convenient for governments that would have very soon have to dispose of billions of dollars of Tamiflu stock, which they bought to counter avian flu, or H5N1. The US government ordered 20 million doses, costing $2bn, in October, 2005, and around that time the UK government ordered 14.6 million doses. Tamiflu�s manufacturer, Roche, has confirmed that the shelf life of its anti-viral is three years.

England�s chief medical officer Sir Liam Donaldson has said that the UK is �well prepared� to counter swine flu � but only because it was well prepared to counter an avian flu pandemic that never happened.

The other worry is when, or if, medicine comes up with a specific anti-viral for swine flu. The last time they did � when we had the last swine flu scare in 1976 - health officials rushed through a vaccination programme that resulted in 1 out of 100,000 vaccinated Americans developing Guillain-Barre paralysis. The US government paid out $93 million in compensation.

Those of us who quaked in fear from the expected SARS epidemic and shook from the anticipated avian flu pandemic may feel they�ve been here before. Despite the dire warnings, at the time of writing just 2,600 cases of swine flu have been confirmed or suspected around the world , and there have been 160 deaths, and not all of these may turn out to be caused by swine flu. More people die on UK roads every month.

Meanwhile, while we�re blaming the Mexicans for starting the anticipated global pandemic of swine flu, who are the Mexicans blaming?

Several of their newspapers are pointing the finger at local plants of Smithfield Foods, the world�s largest pork packer and hog producer. Mexican journalists report on concerns from locals in Perote, Santa Cruz, Mexico � where the outbreak was believed to have started � that the pig breeding farm polluted the atmosphere and local water supplies.
A municipal health official seems to support the locals� concerns, and says the outbreak may have been started by flies that reproduced in the pig waste.

The Russians have been the world experts in biophysics and especially biophysical energy fields since the late fifties, concentrating their research on military use and areas such as telekinesis. They have also investigated the existence of specific psi genes that promote and mediate remote viewing. Their greatest achievements lie in the discovery of the biophysical fields involved in psychotronics, which led them on to develop a biological basis for remote viewing.

BIOPHYSICS

Advances in developmental cell biology during the last ten years have enabled the science of biophysics to include psi. Remote viewing uses biophysical fields to enable perception to occur outside of the physical body. This can be explained as biophysical awareness, or a sixth sense, and is the basis for out-of-body experiences, clairvoyance or remote viewing, ESP and telepathy.

The physical body is surrounded by a mantle of electromagnetic energy. Once visual perception is unfiltered using remote-viewing training programmes, auras, the emission of visible light around people, can be seen. Stimulation of the brain by the use of autovisualization can affect brain function so that deeper more relaxed states of mind, which are the gateway to remote viewing, can be achieved. The Russians discovered that visualizing a set of physical actions, such as gymnastics or shot putting in the mind's eye, enabled Soviet athletes to train their bodies to better accomplish the athletic event.
They also discovered that autovisualization of the immune system could boost its efficiency. Dr Carl Simonton developed this methodology in the United States. He taught cancer patients to visualize their immune system's white blood cells eating cancer cells. Autovisualization was found to increase the life expectancy of these terminal cancer patients. It has been discovered that autovisualization of the brain itself can alter consciousness and develop remote-viewing abilities without recourse to expensive biofeedback and EEG machines, as used by the Russian and US military for remote viewing.

ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS

The electromagnetic field around the body consists of infrared and visual-range radiation, together with electric and magnetic fields. Research of interest has been in the biological and biophysical basis of paranormal phenomena. Since the body has an intrinsic electromagnetic mantle, could this electromagnetic field be projected outside the body? As discussed before, Dr Ross Adey, of the Brain Research Institute of the University of California, carried out research on how the human brain could be controlled by the use of pulse-modulated microwaves.
Research in this area of microwave mind control was begun by the Russians in 1953. Dr Adey has given us a pathway by which electromagnetic fields can directly affect the brain and body. Research shows that tiny levels of microwave radiation, if they carry ELF waves, can kill, make the victim mad, or change behaviour. Could information gleaned by roving biophysical electromagnetic field effects be the basis for remote viewing? These electromagnetic fields could be picking up information, then transferring them to the brain.
Could remote viewing be a case of mental radio, one mind picking up what another mind is seeing by mechanisms similar to a wireless tuning into a radio station? Russian research pointed to ELF waves being the carrier for remote-viewing information. ELF waves below 20 cycles per second can pass through the cranium and be picked up by the brain. Remote viewing could well work on an analogous mechanism. It seems a valid basis for remote viewing. Unfortunately it is not the whole picture.

The Sunday Times reported that Ingo Swann, in a remote-viewing session, was asked to look at Jupiter. He reported that the planet had a ring around it. At the time this was thought to be incorrect. Swann assumed his 'discovery' was a mistaken view of Saturn. In a 1977 account of their findings, Hal Puthoff counted it as an error. Two years later, Voyager 1 sent back pictures of Jupiter showing the planet did indeed have a ring around it. No time delay in Ingo Swann�s remote viewing of Jupiter had been noted. This indicates that electromagnetic radiation is not the carrier for remote viewing. Experiments have been conducted in which remote viewers try to look at distant locations from shielded rooms which block out all electromagnetic radiation. The shielded rooms offer no impediment. The conclusion to be drawn is that something other than electromagnetic radiation must be involved in remote viewing.

As an experiment, a Faraday cage room was built from which to carry out remote-viewing experiments. A Faraday cage room is a metal lined enclosure that is earthed so that it blocks out electromagnetic radiation. No negative effect was observed; in fact it seemed to boost remote viewing by blocking out extraneous signals. Russian remote viewers regularly psychically visited US facilities supposedly protected by electromagnetic flytrap field generators, such as those deployed at Dulce (a miles deep super-secret US base) and Cheyenne Mountain, home of Strategic Air Command. All of this adds weight to the idea that something beyond the simple mental radio concept, where electromagnetism is used as the radio wave, is acting as the carrier for remote viewing.

BRAIN RHYTHMS

Normally, people function in the beta state of consciousness, which pushes EEG measured brain-wave frequency above the 20Hz threshold and there is no contact with calcium efflux events. If these events, which intimately affect brain function by controlling the neuronal connections, are, as I believe, an integral part of all psi operations, the general public will not be affected or exhibit parapsychological talents to any marked degree. Since the general public operate in beta, normal consciousness acts as a barrier. In day-to-day life, their thoughts have no conscious effect on what goes on in their own brains. Remote viewing can be seen as new programming. We need to be able to input directly to our own brains in order to alter the programming.

Alpha training, encouraging work in the 7-14Hz range, seems to open up psi abilities. If neuronal calcium efflux events are crucial to psi operation, we can begin to see a reason why simple techniques of alpha training and biofeedback bring on paranormal functioning in humans. Ed Dames has confirmed that military remote viewers operate in theta. This is a brain-wave frequency of 4-7Hz. It may be that the lower frequencies in the 6-20Hz window, are more powerful for psi activity. Since the energy of the electromagnetic wave is related to frequency, if we lower the frequency of the brain waves, we can think with less energy, and more energy is available for remote viewing, which is therefore more efficient. Theta consciousness is the doorway to remote viewing and psi.

QUANTUM REALITY

To understand what is really going on beyond the electromagnetic bandwidth of remote-viewing events, we need to look at a reappraisal of physics. In the early part of this century, Dr Erwin Schrodinger and Werner Heisenberg formulated the basic laws of quantum mechanics. This theory describes the physics of the subatomic world. They maintained that in the world of quantum mechanics, subatomic entities such as the electron could behave not only as a particle, but also as a wave . This ability is supposed to disappear as the entities get bigger, so that in the normal world it is non-existent. What if the biophysical fields used for remote viewing are not composed of electromagnetic radiation, but are a new form of quantum fields? If this were so, then these large-scale quantum-mechanical events could explain how the biophysical field can be in two places at once - over the target site and over the remote viewer.

Dr Tom Bell developed the theorem of quantum mechanics named after him, which shows that a subatomic particle, or photon, which splits in two is forever linked; each separate particle, which was at one time a unit, shares the same characteristics. If the biophysical body is a quantum field, then when it splits into two for remote viewing, each component part would know what the other paired biophysical field was perceiving. Quantum transmission could explain how information is passed from remote-viewing site to remote viewer. In quantum mechanics, the notion that an entity can be in two different states at the same time is common place and is called superimposition of states.

The whole theory of quantum mechanics is dependent on Schrodinger's wave equation, developed from wave theory. In this mathematical relation, the probability of finding a particle is given by a function that follows wave mechanical principles. So instead of a particle being localized, it is smeared across space and one can only give a probability of finding it until it is properly observed. This equation states that quantum events are non-localized potential possibilities. The observer collapses the quantum wave function to produce an event. It is as if the act of observation deflates the many potential quantum wave functions and forces it to manifest in only one specific fashion.
This would mean that, in theory, while remote viewing, the biophysical field of the remote viewer travelling to the target site may in fact be a quantum wave function which may be smeared into many possible states. Upon arriving at the target site, the remote viewer's biophysical body may have difficulty manifesting - like dreamers trying to wake up in a dream. This could be the reason why remote viewing is hit and miss until the viewer is adequately trained. It may also explain why remote-viewing information is patchy, then suddenly there can be bilocation, where it seems as if the remote viewer is actually at that distant location.

In one well-known experiment, Schrodinger sealed a living cat in an airtight container with a poison gas canister which could be activated by the decay of a radioactive isotope. The isotope had half its life left, equalling the time for which the cat was to be incarcerated. Since there was a fifty-fifty chance of the radioactive isotope decaying and sending the lethal signal to release the poison gas, the cat had a fifty-fifty chance of surviving.
But according to quantum mechanics, the cat is composed of a wave function that, until observed, is smeared out, making the cat both dead and alive until an observer opens the container and collapses the quantum field of the cat, which is now linked with that of the radioactive decay of the isotope. This experiment demonstrates how subatomic quantum effects can indeed have real-world effects. Superimposition of states, the cat being both dead and alive until observed, upon which the cat suddenly becomes either dead or alive - not both as previously.

A DUALISTIC REALITY

Could remote viewing be the result of a biophysical field moving in a parallel reality, which is contiguous with our own but only makes itself known to us in the quantum realm? Perhaps this parallel reality is seen in lucid dreaming and out-of-body-experiences and is glimpsed in daydreaming states? Australian aborigines have a range of beliefs about this dreamtime reality. Perhaps remote viewers are relearning abilities that our ancestors knew of millennia ago.

Perhaps we must debug old operating systems, getting rid of the mental viruses which dictate habitual ways of thinking and acting. It is possible to upgrade this bio-software so that you can achieve your full potential with respect to remote-viewing abilities. To this end, you must have a thorough understanding of the various tools you will need to interface with your biophysical vehicle, and of the biophysical field itself which acts as the conduit for remote-viewing information, in order to become aware of the other quantum reality to which modern man has blinded himself.

PSI GENES

The former Soviet Union has been researching psi genes for decades. KGB operatives were told to pick up people displaying paranormal abilities for use in their vast parapsychological research projects. One theory thrown up by current research is that there are secondary and primary psi genes.
� Secondary psi genes are those that facilitate biophysical integration with the organism and which produce the code for richer and higher function neural networks to interface with the biophysical energy. These secondary psi genes make a clearer channel between brain and energy body.
� Primary psi genes are those that give enhanced remote-viewing capability by the specific nature of the proteins for which they produce the code for, acting as psychotronic amplifiers, biophysical batteries, and other more obscure phenomena which are involved with biophysical processing, storage and utilization.
It appears that some people�s bodies act as natural psychotronic generators, storing psi energy. The more of these primary psi genes you possess, the more biophysical energy is available for remote viewing. Some people are natural power houses of such energy.

The high basal stress levels of western man release a torrent of neuro-hormonal and electrical stimuli that appear to switch off the psi genes. In effect, stress keeps us 'normal'.

ACTIVATING REMOTE VIEWING

How could stress interfere with remote viewing? It has been found that the brain is directly connected with the immune system. When we are highly stressed, the brain through its nerve connections and by hormonal routes, causes a variety of stress-related proteins to be released into the body, some of which inhibit psi-gene activity. More importantly, the high state of anxiety keeps the person out of the theta state, which is the doorway to the paranormal and hence remote viewing. So learning to switch off the negative feedback cycle that keeps you in a state of anxiety is vital to initiating remote viewing.

BIOPHYSICAL CONSCIOUSNESS - THE SPIRIT IN THE MACHINE

Dr Gerald Edelman, a leading neurophysiologist, has formulated the theory of neural Darwinism. This postulates that neurones, which are the connections between brain cells, compete with each other by natural selection. It is as if each brain cell and each connection fight each other for survival. Only the fittest survive and in the case of the brain, that means only those connections which are frequently used. In the process, neural networks form which have the capability of primary consciousness; or in plain language, the connections make a pattern of brain cells so that the subject can be aware of what is going on around it through the senses.

This work, taken in conjunction with Russian research and international researches, lead to the intriguing possibility that there is a mechanism by which the biophysical body may begin to develop the ability to think separately from the physical body. If we practiced remote viewing, perhaps the biophysical body is developed from a latent state to one in which it has a mind of its own?

MORPHOGENETIC FIELDS - LIFE-SHAPING ENERGY FIELDS

Many cell developmental biologists believe that the human genome does not contain enough information to turn a clump of fertilized egg cells, called a blastocyst, into an embryo. Morphogenetic fields are needed to switch on specific gene groupings dependent on their position in the blastocyst in the womb. These biophysical morphogenetic fields switch on specific genes and turn off other genes, all based upon their location in the clump of cells. If they are near the top axis, they become eye and gullet cells, at the bottom axis, an anal opening, in the centre of the blastocyst the gut tube, on the surface, skin cells, etc. Biophysical fields hold the information to tell each identical cell to be different depending upon position.

It was a profound revelation to me when I realized that the biophysical field contains large amounts of information not held in the genome, and that it can control gene expression. Like the neurones affected by neural Darwinism, perhaps morphogenetic fields could evolve through primary consciousness to high-order consciousness? In effect, by exercising the biophysical body using remote-viewing techniques, the morphogenetic fields of which it is composed might evolve with long practice to become self-aware.

GROUP CONSCIOUSNESS

The theta state is important because it allows the normal person imprisoned in consensus reality to escape the shackles of the real world. The summation of everyone�s belief is amplified by their group psi-fields and the six billion people on the planet produce a very powerful psi-field that effectively hides paranormal phenomena.

In order to escape consensus reality and practice 'impossible' paranormal phenomena such as remote viewing, the psi-operator must attune his biophysical body with the Earth's biophysical field. By this means, the much larger biophysical field of the Earth can erase the effects of the PDF generated by humanity. The theta state allows the remote viewer to resonate with the biophysical field of the planet. This boosts the biophysical field of the psi-operator to the extent that paranormal phenomena can become possible. The Earth resonates at about 7.8Hz, the natural frequency of the planet. Theta begins at this frequency. It is as if the biophysical body of the remote viewer in the theta state resonates with the planet's biophysical field at the magic 7.8Hz.

In order to enter the theta state, it is better if there is a group of you. The group's biophysical fields join together when remote viewing is carried out in unison. This merged group consciousness boosts the remote-viewing capacity of all the remote viewers in the group. By working in teams, there is a synergistic amplification of remote-viewing potential in all the individual members of the group.

STARTING WITH LANGUAGE

The leading authority on language is Noam Chomsky, who has put forward the idea that:
'the language organ was not an adaptation, but a mystery, or a hopeful monster. It was something that perhaps would be illuminated some day by physics, but not by biology.'
Chomsky proposed that the structure of language is primarily fixed in the form of innately specified rules and all the human baby does to learn language is to reroute a few neuronal pathways that make that person into a Spanish speaker, say, rather than an English speaker.
According to Chomsky, the baby does not have to learn all aspects of language from scratch. Instead the baby is born with the equipment to express language and merely has to rule out a few possible neuronal pathways and rule in a few others. It is as if children have the programme for language already in place in their brains. Chomsky goes further and maintains that it is easy for even 'slow' children to learn a language because they are not really learning anything. A few developmental triggers set the language-acquisition process in motion and a few environmental factors guide the process into the shaping of whatever country's language is spoken, for example speaking English with an Australian accent. My theory is that learning remote viewing follows the same process.

It seems that babies are born with the ability to speak, and given the correct stimulus, this innate characteristic just develops. How can language be hardwired into the brain and if it is not, what information storage system facilitates rapid learning of language in infants? As we have seen some developmental biologists believe that morphogenic fields shape the amorphous clump of egg cells into a fully differentiated baby.
� Could biophysical fields act as carriers of such information?
� Could consciousness itself be in the biohysical field?
� Could this be the scientific reality behind Athur Koestler�s phrase, �the Ghost in the Machine?
It is believed that that the brain and the biophysical field can both be conscious, independently of one another . When they work together, there is a synergistic amplification of function. Humans possessing biophysical fields that have the potential to be conscious, explains out-of-body-experiences, dreaming, doppelgangers, and a host of other paranormal phenomena. Dr Sheldrake has suggested that if we are influenced by morphogenetic fields from particular individuals to whom we are linked, then it is possible that we might pick up thoughts, images and feelings from them, while we are waking or dreaming, even though they may be thousands of miles away.
In controlled ESP, the operator sends his biophysical field to interact with the person being scanned. In spontaneous telepathy, other people�s biophysical fields might impinge on our own, causing their ideas to enter our heads. This for example may be as prosaic as knowing someone is going to ring or visit us, just before the event occurs, or it may be the remote viewer looking inside the monitor's brain to see the target to be remotely viewed. The world of soul and spirit is in these scientific terms, filled with morphogenetic fields and be a place of luminous biophysical quantum reality, a reality scientists only glimpse in the subatomic realm of electrons and nuclear particles.

THE MECHANISM FOR REMOTE VIEWING AND ESP

To become a powerful remote viewer or controlled telepath, the biophysical fields that comprise our mind would have to evolve through primary consciousness, the state of being aware of surroundings, to high-order consciousness, where the biophysical field is self-aware, a process which as we have seen is analogous to the development of consciousness by neuronal selection in our own brains.

To achieve this evolution of the psyche, we would have to train our biophysical fields to become fully aware. Raising the consciousness of biophysical fields is very difficult because we are programmed from birth to believe they do not exist. When children mention their awareness of this biophysical world, they are told to stop daydreaming and grow up. Biophysical awareness is suppressed and our psyche remains stunted. What we think is our mind is in fact the brain, whilst the psyche lies in the biophysical arena - and we normally only touch upon them in dreams and daydreaming states.

Remote viewers have to develop their biophysical fields to become aware of their surroundings, which enables them to view information in distant locations. This takes time and practice.

QUANTUM COMPUTING

The brain has around it a morphogenetic field like the rest of the body. This field effects calcium efflux, the movement of calcium ions out of cells. Calcium efflux events effect the synaptic connections between brain cells. Therefore the morphogenetic field not only is influenced by the state of activation of synaptic connections, but it influences every synaptic connection. In effect we have a synergy between the morphogenetic field and every synaptic connection in the brain

If the morphogenetic field is part of the biophysical field, which the author posits is a quantum field, then every interaction in the brain can be stored in the biophysical field�s quantum computer. The biophysical field can be thought of as synonymous with the mind. Whatever happens in the brain is recorded in the biophysical quantum computer mind.

Quantum entities can be in more than one state, or place at any given time. So the quantum computer can overlay the body and a distant remotely viewed site simultaneously. Thus the mind can become aware of distant events and places by its non-locality and the biophysical field records the remotely viewed site by quantum computing.

The biophysical body can then download this information into the brain by globally changing the potentiation of the synapses in the brain that can pick up the remotely viewed information. Puthoff found that the temporal lobes of the cortex of the brain were involved in remote viewing.

So this appears to be one of the sites in the brain where quantum computing information of the biophysical field is turned into synaptic changes that the brain can analyze as remote viewing information.

In the process of developing mind-over-matter abilities, the biophysical vehicle, which surrounds us all, needs to be developed to the point where it can work independently of the body. This has been known for centuries by shamans, witch doctors and so-called magicians, though not perhaps in those terms. For them, a long apprenticeship is needed to energize the initiate�s biophysical field. The teacher takes his pupil to many power spots; the neophyte's biophysical body acquires energy from these sacred places and swells in size. Combined with specific training to programme the biophysical body to become self-aware and finally act independently as a conscious biophysical vehicle, we have a well-developed methodology for developing mind-over-matter ability.

PROBABLE FUTURES

When we factor in the paranormal forces of each individual human on the planet, each of us can have a massive effect on the future outcome of events. If we think of the future as a quantum-mechanical event, it can be in all possible states until it is collapsed by the act of observation. Since there are six billion human observers, the particular future that is manifested by the group is dependent on the PDF. As the PDF defines what is possible and what is not possible, only a small subset of possible futures is ever revealed. Of these, only one becomes the future we all will live in.

An example of this is the national lottery. A large percentage of the population are willing their numbers to come up with all their might. This situation generates a lot of emotion, which as we have seen is conducive to generating paranormal phenomena. These people are using all their latent paranormal powers to influence the balls telekinetically, as well as subconsciously to remotely view the future numbers. US researchers, such as Robert Jahn, have found that people can influence the falling pattern of ball bearings, or the random counting of a computer, using telekinesis. By generating such emotional desperation, the national lottery amplifies this telekinetic effect. A remote viewer trying to foresee the outcome of events, has to look through a paranormal blizzard of conflicting telekinetic intents where tens of millions of people are subconsciously trying to influence the fall of the numbered balls in the lottery machine.

On �The Paranormal World of Paul McKenna� shown on British television, the audience was asked to concentrate on six specific numbers. When the lottery was run, two of these numbers came up and a third came up as the bonus number. The National Lottery immediately changed its rules, so that if too many people got three numbers, it would not be obliged to pay them.

THE BRAIN AND REMOTE VIEWING

The areas of the brain which are involved in remote viewing were studied at the Stanford Research Institute by Hal Puthoff, funded by the CIA. His team found that the temporal cortex is active while a person is remote viewing. The cortex is used for visualization and the occipital cortex is used to process visual information. The older limbic system which lies beneath the spongy grey matter we call the cortex, is used for decision-making. All our decisions are taken on an emotional level; we intellectualize them afterwards. The limbic system mediates information processing, the hypothalamus being used for memory and the thalamus for attention. The reticulate gyrus is also concerned with information processing. Since emotional content plays such a large part in remote viewing, the amygdala, a small structure in the limbic system, which is concerned with emotions and is the pleasure centre, is also involved.

Research seems to indicate that remote-viewing information is transferred to the brain by quantum mechanical interactions between the biophysical body and the brain. At a higher level, memories from the biophysical body and from the brain are transferred by use of biophysical fields which affect the neurones; this is tied up with control of calcium concentrations in the brain.

Cell developmental biologists have found that the morphogenetic fields which control cell activity can change the calcium levels in the cells by use of field effects. These morphogenetic fields enable the biophysical body to control cellular chemistry and what takes place in the cell nucleus. We have so many avenues of communication between biophysical body and brain that the interaction must be seen as hierarchical; in a similar manner to how competitive cell death establishes primary and high-order consciousness in the brain by means of Darwinian selection. At the top of the hierarchy in the brain is the temporal cortex, which combines the remote-viewing data into the complex mental image.

HOW THE BRAIN SEES THE FUTURE

The areas of the brain which enable precognition are little understood. American experiments in showing people pornographic photographs which are present in a larger pack of non-emotive pictures, such as those of the countryside, have shown an elevation in physical responses five seconds before the pornographic photo was observed. The responses were measured by sophisticated devices like lie-detectors. This was taken to indicate that at a deep subconscious level, precognition of emotive events occurs.

Airline records show that planes that are about to have fatal crashes have an abnormally large number of cancellations prior to take off. In combat, this sixth sense of danger is heightened. Vietnam veterans tell of numerous paranormal experiences such as remote viewing of mines, bullets being seen in flight, Vietcong traps being sensed. Fighter pilots have to develop a sixth sense which is called situational awareness - a brain state where both hemispheres of the brain are working equally and in synchrony. It is an almost Zen-like state, where there is no chaos inherent in one�s thinking and everything seems more real. Situational awareness means the pilot instinctively taking in a wealth of information, evaluating it, and reacting correctly, with a panoramic view of everything in his or her mind's eye. American fighter pilots call it 'having the clue'.

If both hemispheres of the brain working in synchrony brings about almost precognitive vision for the fighter pilot, it points to brain-centre balancing being a key aspect of looking into the future. When the remote viewer enters theta, this balancing of brain hemispheres takes place naturally.

Theta brain rhythms also enable more of the information received from the biophysical body to be left unmolested. Ninety per cent of the information we receive is filtered out by the thalamus, which is in the limbic system of the brain. Neurophysiologist Karl Pribram of Stanford University, describes perceptive filtering as the Bowery Effect. The Bowery was an elevated railroad in New York, which was demolished. After the late-night service ended, the police were inundated with phone calls reporting something strange happening at exactly the time the train would normally pass through that neighborhood; this went on for months after the railway had gone. People were subconsciously picking up on the lack of noise at the time they were expecting the train and panicking because they did not hear the train passing. Consciously they thought something was wrong, so they phoned the police.

Theta enables us to unblock these mental filters that blinker us to remote viewing and other paranormal phenomena. For precognitive remote viewing, we have to look at how the brain hemispheres process information.

The left hemisphere of the brain deals with data and thoughts in a step-by-step manner. It runs through data in a linear fashion moving from a to b to c. The right hemisphere deals with thought processes in the form of a mental map, where the relationship between data is as important as the data itself. Finding patterns in data is one of the right hemisphere�s abilities. It carries out parallel processing. Ideas are connected to make a bigger picture, like linking notes to compose a symphony. Perception for remote viewing the future appears to be processed by the right hemisphere. Since the right hemisphere is visually connected to the left eye and field of vision, future events which are remotely viewed can appear to glide into one�s mental field of vision from the left-hand side of one�s awareness. The left hemisphere seems to process past events. It is connected to the right eye and field of vision. In one�s mind's eye, events the left hemisphere processes can appear to come into the left field of vision. When remote viewing the past, the mental image appears from the right-hand field of our mind's eye.

This apparent flow of mental images can be explained by the different activities each hemisphere of the brain undertakes. The right side of the brain controls the left side of the body and since this part of the brain can handle patterns and parallel processing, it finds it easier to look at data concerned with probabilities, which describe possible futures. The many possible scenarios we run through our heads before making important decisions to try to evaluate the wisdom of our choices is mainly right hemisphere based. This type of evaluation of possible futures is the mind-set we run to forecast the future of our actions, which is also used by the right hemisphere of the brain.

When the left and right hemispheres are working in synchrony, you experience �having the clue� and there is some evidence to show that pilots may be naturally better at remote viewing. The theta state enables situational awareness, where the information can be quickly passed between right and left hemispheres for evaluation. Theta consciousness enables right-hand dominant brain action such as dreaming to take place and therefore is the perfect state for precognitive remote viewing.

The hundredth monkey effect

As we have seen, groups of people concentrating on the same site at the same time amplify their remote-viewing capabilities. There is a merging of the biophysical quantum-state functions of the field effects involved that boosts remote-viewing efficiency. This is the hundredth monkey effect. A Japanese monkey learned to get rid of the sand in its wild rice by washing handfuls of it in the sea. Other members of its troop copied this behaviour. Once a hundred or so of its peers had learnt this action, the behaviour miraculously appeared in other monkey troops on other islands, far removed from its original progenitor, even though the monkeys never came in contact with each other.
Research into biophysical field effects and how they can interact with other members of the species seems to indicate that when a threshold number of biophysical fields belonging to a group have learnt a new meme , the intent for that meme is spread by spontaneous telepathy. The first US remote viewers spent 12 hours a day, seven days a week, for 18 months, learning remote viewing. This training time has now been cut to six months. I am informed they are also more accurate than the original trainees. Remote viewing is becoming easier to learn because of the hundredth monkey effect. In the future, many more people will be able to practice remote viewing and with greater accuracy.

In remote viewing, the paranormal operator develops his biophysical body in a way akin to the training shamans used to inculcate paranormal ability in their students. Once the biophysical body has been developed, it can be projected and can become aware of its distant surroundings and can then return to the physical body.

In remote influencing, the biophysical vehicle of the paranormal operator then travels to the target and the biophysical field merges with that of the victim. Since the paranormal operator has a more developed biophysical body, he or she can overpower the victim's undeveloped biophysical body. Taking over the victim�s biophysical body, the remote influencer's biophysical body can then upload the codes which are used to interact with the victim's brain. By this method the remote influencer can begin to operate the natural calcium efflux in the victim's brain.

Memes

A considerable number of the memes we acquire throughout our lives degrade health and mental and physical capacity and capability. Memes are acquired mental software which mould our neural networks in unique ways. Speaking a language, driving a car, are all acquired memes. Memes are highly contagious and resist being eradicated once they are in your consciousness. An example is giving up smoking - once it has become a habit it is hard work to stop. These negative memes will resurface unless they are replaced by positive ones.

Memes - mental software

Ideas have the power to spread through a population almost as if they have a life of their own. It was Dr Richard Dawkins, the eminent biologist, who first called these contagious ideas memes; they have also been called mental viruses. In remote-viewing parlance, positive memes used to inculcate the remote-viewing state of mind are referred to as new mental software or success software. These switch off the negative mind-sets that keep individuals in a state of anxiety, inhibiting remote viewing. If you imagine a world full of infectious mental viruses and their mutants, which use humans as their breeding grounds and carriers and which are passed on to other humans by word of mouth, culture, the media, or by biophysical means, you can see the sense in which our world is shaped by memes.

Table manners, throwing Frisbees, wearing fashion shoes are all memes. Our culture is built up from a complex composite of memes that define who we are, what we think and what we do. hey are pre-eminent in defining society. It might be thought that we all have free will and can do whatever we want. Unfortunately, the situation is not so simple. People can only think and do what they know. In my view, memes are biophysical fields that mould the brain's neural network, i.e. the ideas that are carried in the biophysical field of the meme are transferred into a patterning of the neural network of our brains. The memes that comprise our culture are hardwired into our brains. As explained earlier, language is itself a set of memes found in the biophysical field.

MECHANISM OF REMOTE INFLUENCING

How can remote influencing interact with the brain to plant hypnotic suggestions which are subconsciously acted upon by the victim? A brain structure which seems a likely candidate for the remote-influencing effect of biophysical fields is the supplementary motor area (SMA). Researchers in this field have postulated the interface between mind and body is in the SMA, an area which lies in the top centre of the brain, underneath where the soft spot used to be . When you decide to carry out any conscious action, the SMA is the first part of the brain to register an excitation potential. Every time you decided to do something, this is the first area which generates electrical activity.

The SMA was first identified in the 1920s by the late Canadian neurophysiologist Wilder Penfield. It was a chance discovery in his search for the epileptic initiator in the brain. Neurophysiologists Robert Porter and Cobie Brinkman surgically placed micro electrodes in the SMA of a monkey. They found that one tenth of a second before the monkey pulled a lever to obtain food, the brain cells in the monkey's SMA fired off electrical signals. SMA activity was well ahead of the cells in the motor cortex, the area of the brain concerned with muscular control.

In the 1960s, the neurophysiologists Luder Deeke and Hans Kornhuber discovered a method for measuring tiny electrical signals that ran through their patients' scalps. They discovered a readiness potential, i.e. nearly one second before carrying out a simple conscious action, the brain generated a gentle increase in negative electrical impulses. This negative electrical potential was the brain's means of preparing to make a conscious action, and was greatest in the SMA.

A research group headed by neurophysiologists Per Roland and Nils Lassen of the University of Lund in Sweden, in the 1980s, used radioisotopic scanning to look at blood flow through the brain. They found that blood flow in a specific area of the brain which is in use is proportional to brain activity. They discovered SMA and motor area excitation during conscious action. It was when they carried out a variation of the motor sequence test that they discovered their momentous and controversial results. In a slight modification of the experiment called the 'internal programming test', a patient was asked to perform the same difficult motor sequence test in his mind but with no physical action.
When patients carried out this test, there was no increase in the blood flow through the motor area; in comparison, the SMA had as much increase in blood flow as if the actions had been carried out. When the action became habitual and could be carried out with no conscious thought, the increase in blood flow in the SMA vanished. This meant that the SMA had been pinpointed as the part of the brain that determined conscious action. If you told someone you were going to do something and your SMA did not fire, you had no intention of carrying out that action. Similarly, if the SMA fired, you would carry out the action as stated. The SMA is the conscious intent beacon in the brain, which lights up every time you consciously will yourself to carry out an action.

Sir John Eccles, a famous neurophysiologist, was excited by this discovery. He stated:
�It is important to recognize that this burst of discharge of the observed SMA cell was not triggered by some other nerve cell of the SMA or elsewhere in the brain... So we have here an irrefutable demonstration that a mental act of intention initiates the burst of discharges of a nerve cell.�
Eccles drew the conclusions that each conscious activity produced different excitation potentials in the SMA; a neurological code is being played through the SMA; and the non-physical mind is actually using the 50 million or so neurones in the SMA region as if they were controls of some sort, rather like a pianist playing the keys of a piano. These learned sets of sequential neurological code, Eccles believed, are the process of a lifetime of learning physical action, and language.

It seems then that the SMA mediates the flow of information between the biophysical body and the brain. This occurs because every time you make the conscious decision to do something and you carry it out, the SMA fires. By using directed attention on your own SMA, you can programme your brain to carry out actions you wish to do but always make excuses not to do, e.g. giving up smoking. Self-activation of the SMA is the best means of self-motivation and if done correctly is invariably successful. Visualizing an action in your mind's eye has almost the same effect on your body as carrying out that action. The example of athletes who go through their performance in their mind's eye to get into 'the Zone' of ultimate performance. Alpha and theta states are normally necessary for getting into 'the Zone� but by programming your SMA while visualizing performance, the brain is programmed to carry out the action no matter what negative stimuli.

THE HUMAN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS REPRESENT DANGER TO THE EARTH'S AURA

There are constant energy changes in the earth's atmosphere. The upper layer constantly
moves westwards, and the bottom one moves eastwards. These two layers are separate and
have nothing to do with each other regarding the energies. Their movement enables the
survival of the earth. Compared to the human auras or any living beings on the earth, it is
constantly moving. Most damages in the energy composition of the earth's aura are connected
to natural causes, which can cause mild damages, so the self-healing mechanism of the earth
can keep its aura in good shape.
Although it seems almost impossible: THE EARTH�S AURA IS MOST DAMAGED BY THE
HUMAN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!
The energy structure of the lower layer of the Earth�s aura is very susceptible to the energy
coming from the human thoughts. As human thought is spherically spread and as it
immediately goes through all the layers of the atmosphere, it contacts the lower layers of the
aura and damages them permanently. The damages are inflicted upon the lower part of the
aura, above the place where the person is situated. However, due to the constant circular
movement of the lower level the damage is not done only on one spot. If a negative thought
lasts for a longer time they create dents that can cause the appearance of a dented ring in the
Earth�s aura, after the lower layer has run a full circle around the Earth.
The most damaged is the ring that encircles the energy field above the moderate belt of the
Northern Hemisphere, because most people live in this region and it includes European
countries, and Russia, China, Japan, North America.
These damages are being build up for thousands of years, and they gradually lead to the
blockades in the functioning of the Earth�s aura, similar to the blockades of the human aura.
Severe movements of the superficial segment of the earth and misbalance between the
superficial layer and layers beneath it occur due to the damages of the aura. Consequences
of these damages will be seen as earthquakes, volcano eruptions, big floods and a general
instability of the soil. Besides, what is a lot more important not only for the survival of the
earth, but the living beings on it, the rise of harmful radiation coming out of earth can occur.
This would cause the disappearance of the entire flora and fauna in the most affected regions.
It is possible that such damages may occur that would bring life on earth to question.
The development of the living world on the Earth is the result of the billion years of the
Creator�s efforts. That is why one animal species, such as human, the role of which and the
time it has been on this planet has been relatively modest during the history of this planet, can
not be allowed to destroy all of the work involved.
The basic problem is the free will of humans, who were given it as special species, and
therefore force can not be used to solve this problem. That is why the only correct way is to
change the way people think. This would gradually stop the worsening of the state of the
Earth�s aura before the critical line is crossed, and the cataclysms start their devastating work
on this planet. If this process is stopped it would allow the faster development of human
luminous bodies, and almost all of them would mature. This would lead to the creation of the
critical mass of mature luminous bodies, who would be capable of repairing the vast damages
in the Earth�s aura.
It is now clear to you why it is necessary for the talisman to be widespread. Because it plays
the important role in changing the way people think and thus in the saving of the Earth�s aura.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS � THE END OF THE WORLD

The Earth's aura has been so damaged and the concentration of negative energies is so high
that it can damage the planet and lead to cataclysms of vast proportions, even vaster than
those that had threatened to occur before Christ came on Earth. This happened in a relatively
short time because of the increase of the human population and the increase of negative
thoughts of each individual. It also happened because of numerous wars, especially the global
ones, when millions and millions of people emitted their negative thoughts.
In this case, however, the Christ's Second Coming is not expected to save the civilization.
There is no salvation for the civilization that is an exception among the universal civilizations,
and the civilization that has deployed the wrong way of thinking, hatred and fight for power,
envy, discontentment, and fear to such an extent that it may be self-destroyed. The spiritual
energies are not willing any more to indulge themselves in the same business of cleansing the
Earth's aura, because two thousand years ago people were given the capacity to maintain a
permanent, stable life on their planet if they complied with the proper way of thinking and
behavior. People missed that chance, disrespected the continues appeals and advice, even
the cries of the spiritual beings which were calling for the harmonization of the human way of
thinking with the Creator's way. Most people simply chose to disrespect these appeals. That is
why the spiritual beings do not find it necessary to do something that did not work the last
time. This time they are ready to let people and the entire living world of the planet to their
own destinies, so that the Earth could, after the cataclysms, start over and create new
civilizations that will be in harmony with the Creator's will.

IS THE END OF THE WORLD PREDESTINED?

Although the cataclysm is very near, before us, the spiritual beings are still ready to give their
maximum support to people, to remove the state humans led themselves to. There is still time
and during that time people must find it necessary to change their way of thinking and
harmonize it with the Creator's will. The most developed ones in paranormal sense should
make maximum efforts, with the support of the spiritual beings, so that they could remove the
negative consequences of the wrong way of thinking of people that threaten to destroy the
entire planet.
The cataclysm that would endanger the entire planet is not predestined, it is a consequence of
an ages old harmful charge created by the negative thoughts of all the people in the world and
can be substantially removed with the change of the ways of thinking of most people in the
world along with the simultaneous activities of powerful individuals that will have all the
assistance of the spiritual energies. However, one part of the cataclysms can not be avoided,
and it is predestined to happen on the Earth. It is a part of normal development of life on Earth
that includes the changes in the ratio of land and sea, movement of the Earth's plateaus and
volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and floods.
Should all the people and individuals with great paranormal powers succeed in timely
removing the dangers that threat to destroy the Earth, that also deal with the part that is not
predestined, then the remaining predestined cataclysms could be foreseen, and the people
from the would be affected regions could be notified on time. In that case systematic
migrations will be planned so that the predestined changes in the Earth's crust could happen
with the least damage to the people and plants and animals.
The process of the defense against the cataclysms has already begun. Above all it includes
people of high paranormal powers that make great efforts along with the assistance of the
spiritual energies to minimize the danger to the Earth. Yet, we are the witnesses, in the past
couple of years, the increase in the number of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods,
changes in climate and other harmful natural occurrences that are announcing the initiative
mild period of the cataclysms on the planet. Will people manage to fight it? Will they reduce it
to a bearable state, or will it completely destroy all of the flora and fauna on the Earth? ONE
STILL DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWER TO THESE QUESTIONS. It will depend to a great
deal on whether the people on the entire planet will be ready to change their way of thinking
and reduce the number of their negative thoughts and thus at least stop adding to the existing
problem. Also, it will depend on whether certain individuals of great powers would be able to
reduce all the negativity that has been gathering for more than a thousand of years, and this
reducing should especially deal with the dirt that has been there for the past hundred to the
minimum, predestined part.

Dear Family and Friends �

I listened to these two audios from a series of Healing with the Masters. Both of them blew my socks off. They�re only available on-line for a short time. Probably today and tomorrow. Both are very worthwhile. I highly recommend them.

I�m totally in love with Bruce Lipton�s mind� my mind was turning cartwheels of delight! Don�t worry, in spite of his exalted scientific status, he�s down to earth and quite delightful, as well as being informative.

Bruce said: �The function of the mind is to create coherence between the beliefs that we hold and the reality (the life) that we experience.� In other words, the mind makes sure that the beliefs that you hold manifest as the experiences of your life.

He points out that a young child (ages 0-6) operates on Theta brainwaves� downloading information at a remarkable rate, and observing other people�s programs. He stresses that our Conscious mind is creative. If you ask it what it really wants, it responds. The subconscious mind is like a tape recorder. It is NOT a creative mind. It runs programs that have been accumulated since early childhood. A 5 year old can learn three languages simultaneously and keep them separated. It�s much harder later on. At age 6, we start processing information on a Conscious level (NOT before then. Theta is very imaginative. That�s why young children incorporate imagination and you hear a mix to things.) It�s like if someone hand you a new iPod and tells you to push Play and nothing happens. You have to have programs in place. A baby doesn�t have these programs. It takes time to accumulate them. The subconscious mind is like a jukebox� push the button and the program plays. 95% of the time, we are running on these subconscious mind programs (NOT the Conscious mind)!!! If you heard �You don�t deserve�� as a young child, that program is STILL stored in your subconscious.

As you know, our brain waves are: Beta (the active daily level), Alpha (the relaxed, creative state), Theta (the pre-sleep receptive state) and Delta (sleep). We encounter Theta twice a day. Just before waking and just before going to sleep. That�s why it�s so important to read or listen to something inspirational before going to sleep, rather than watching depressing news or violent movies.

James Ray is different, comes from a shamanic background, but tells you how to get it together in your life.

DE-STRESSING THRU PAINTING.

Depression is fast becoming an important topic of conversation along with its family of anxiety pangs and panic attacks. Open any journal or magazine and there is something related to it in its pages. Are this all hype and a case of media having nothing better to do or true to today�s life style? I do know one thing that we do carry a heavy load of trying to live more than the allotted hours and thereby living mostly in the future worrying about the past and totally hassled in the present.

Take your own life. If there is even an iota of empathy in your nature, you are sunk. How things will turn out at any given time is a big question mark and anxiety attacks are common. When hopes do not go to fruition as expected, there is depression in its wake.

Life styles and life as it is; it cannot be wholly blamed. We are responsible for what we take on. When the mind gets too focused on one goal to the exclusion of all else, there is a tightening which results in knots in the mind that become habits in the long run. This creates a pattern of thinking and action that is self-defeating with the individual not even aware of it.

This is better understood as an attitude problem but this unfortunately is not the end of the story. We are also carrying so much memory baggage that it keeps us tied back like an elephant chained to a ring in the floor. Do you ever remember those moments where you kept quiet when you should have given a befitting repartee and now, today, whenever the incident comes back to mind you can think of thousands of things you could have said? The thought will never leave you in peace until you can go forward by forgetting it or get over the need to make repartees at all. Similarly there would be other incidents clogging your minds pathways such as when you made an utter fool of yourself and today you squirm when you are reminded of it. All these past memories create a lot of logjam.

We block our own development and evolution by sticking to certain memories and ideas. There are many actions and reactions that result from certain memories. Like an abusive parent who was never there to help but always there to punish. These subconscient thoughts trigger sad and depression causing images and can color every aspect of our lives. We need to break away from them. Let the past recede far enough so that new impressions can make a home in our personalities.

We cannot always change our patterns but by changing some of our activities we can create new paths in our brain�s way of handling things. Try sometimes the concept of De-stressing through Painting in Oil. This is a wonderful medium to take your mind off on a tangent. By using forms and colors, a door is opened to new vistas. Even depression can be reigned in. Therapists force the clients to paint pictures of happy things or scenes such as flowers and landscapes with a lot of yellow and green in them. This is in contrast to gloomy moods where most people tend towards black or very dark, heavy colors and forms. Not only primary colors. Let�s not limit ourselves and take a rigid stance. The colors that are vibrant are yellows and every shade of every color in which it is to be found. White too. It is simply impossible to be unhappy with these colors in your lives. Left to themselves, most humans would go on masturbating with their own morbid thoughts. So they have to be weaned away. The ego of a person will resist so the job has to be done gently. Landscapes with pleasant forms and all elemental natural ingredients in it will do the trick.

When you are in a particular mood, you tend to veer towards certain colors and forms; insisting gently that the mind play only with certain forms and colors which trigger happy images can induce changes in moods and mental vibrations with positive results. This has an immediate and strong effect on the personae.

Oil painting is the perfect medium as it permits overwriting. It is the perfect medium to play with.

This permits focusing on problems and finding practical solutions in a relaxed and receptive state of mind. For, after all, all our problems begin and end in the mind.

Dr. Reich�s Discovery of Orgone

In 1940, Dr. Reich, an Austrian immigrant, made the scientific discovery of a previously unknown energy existing in the atmosphere, in space, and within all living organisms.

He called it orgone, which is synonymous with �life energy.�

He observed that the orgone energy charge in the human biosystem was expressed in emotion, sexuality, and could be measured bioelectrically. Through a number of experiments, he showed that a person�s overall vitality and aliveness was a function of human and atmospheric orgone charges and pulsations, and that physical vitality could be increased by sitting inside a so-called orgone accumulator.

He also discovered that the orgone charge of your tissues is a fundamental part of your immune system. People were able to significantly boost their immune function by sitting in Dr. Reich�s orgone accumulator for approximately 30 minutes a day for several days.

The results were so incredible, in fact, that Dr. Theodore Wolfe, a pioneer in psychosomatic medicine, referred to the orgone accumulator as �the most important single discovery in the history of medicine, bar none.�

Although orgone energy is near impossible to define or explain, the following properties of orgone were deduced by Dr. Reich:

It is mass free, i.e. orgone energy itself has no inertia or weight.

It is present everywhere; it fills all space. It is present in differing degrees or concentrations or "charges", but nowhere is it absent. It even exists in a vacuum.

It is the medium for electromagnetic and gravitational phenomena. (It is the medium in which light moves and electromagnetic and gravitational fields exert force.)

It is in constant motion, which can be observed under appropriate conditions. There are at least two characteristic types of motion: a pulsation or alternating expansion and contraction, and a flow, normally along a curving path.

It contradicts the law of entropy as orgone energy is attracted to concentrations of orgone energy. Unlike heat or electricity, which always show a direction from higher to lower potential, orgone energy flows from lower orgonotic potential to higher.

In addition to the orgone accumulator, Dr. Reich also developed other devices such as small motors that ran on orgone pulled from the ambient air, and devices that could create rain during drought by affecting atmospheric orgone!

The Persecution of Medical and Scientific Genius

His work did not garner him worldwide acclaim as one might expect from such a remarkable discovery, however.

His work was methodically criticized and grossly misrepresented in popular magazine articles. Eventually, the medical community encouraged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to seek and obtain a court injunction to stop Dr. Reich from researching, writing, and speaking about orgone.

Ultimately, he was charged with contempt of court for the technical violation of an obscure cosmetic labeling law, which sent him and an associate, Dr. Silvert, to prison.

His books and research were ordered banned from interstate commerce and were burned.

Victims of elaborate smear campaigns by the medical community and pharmaceutical interests, Dr. Reich died in prison in 1957 while Dr. Silvert committed suicide shortly after his release.
Such has been the fate of many a brilliant, innovative doctor and scientist who dared turn established medical conventions on its ear�

this very interesting article appeared in Dr. Mercola's newsletter with a brilliant explanation by him on how energy medicine works at the physical level, trying to explain energy medicine in a scientific way.

I would like to add that amalgam (a cheap filling used by dentists) consists of about 30% mercury, according to my information. Go figure it's negative impact in the body's energy (and also biochemical/metabolic) system!

Your Body Literally Glows With Light

aura, biofield, photons, light particles, biophoton The human body literally glows, emitting a visible light in extremely small quantities at levels that rise and fall with the day.

Past research has shown that the body emits visible light, 1,000 times less intense than the levels which can be seen with the naked eye. In fact, virtually all living creatures emit very weak light.

To learn more about this faint visible light, scientists in Japan employed extraordinarily sensitive cameras capable of detecting single photons. Five healthy male volunteers in their 20�s were placed bare-chested in front of the cameras in complete darkness in light-tight rooms for 20 minutes every three hours.

The researchers found the body glow rose and fell over the day, with its lowest point at 10 AM and its peak at 4 PM, dropping gradually after that. These findings suggest there is light emission linked to the body clock, most likely due to how metabolic rhythms fluctuate over the course of the day.

Faces glowed more than the rest of the body. This might be because faces are more tanned than the rest of the body, since they get more exposure to sunlight.

Eastern medical traditions have operated on this premise for thousands of years, but Western medicine in its myopic focus on dissected parts has been slow to adapt these ancient truths.

Energy Medicine � Ancient Knowledge Gets a Facelift

There is an emerging trend of clinicians who recognize that a far more powerful approach to healing is one that is based on physics and not on chemistry.

Many natural health experts believe that your body is not only made up of tissue, blood vessels and organs. It�s also composed of energy, or chi as it�s called in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

This energy is circulated through your body along specific meridians, and when points on your skin that correspond to certain meridians are manipulated, the energy circulation and your internal organs are affected. Acupuncture is one well-known modality used to manipulate the flow of your meridians, but there are others.

The term �energy medicine� and modalities such as meridian tapping techniques have become more and more widespread, even though conventional medicine still largely ignores it.

But your body is also surrounded by light, or energy.

As mentioned in the article above, earlier research has confirmed that your body emits light that is 1,000 times less intense than what your naked eyes are sensitive to. (Some people, however, are able to see this emitted light or �aura,� and some can even distinguish colors.)

What�s really interesting about this study is that they discovered these light emissions appear to be linked to your body clock and the rhythmic fluctuations of your metabolism over the course of the day.

This suggests that you could detect medical conditions with the use of highly light-sensitive cameras.

"If you can see the glimmer from the body's surface, you could see the whole body condition,� said researcher Hitoshi Okamura, a circadian biologist at Kyoto University in Japan.

There are other devices that can accomplish a similar feat already, such as electrodermal screening, which measures your electrical skin resistance to gain information about your chi flow.

If an electrodermal screening finds that certain meridian points are out of balance there are numerous non-invasive ways, such as massage therapy, herbal medicine and homeopathy, to bring them back into homeostasis.

Your Biophoton Field Holds the Key to Your Health

Others have explained the existence of light and energy around your body in terms of a �biophoton field.�

Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt discusses this field in The Five Levels of Healing, which is based on a healing model developed some 12,000 years ago. This energetic model for health has influenced Tibetan medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and Ayurvedic medicine as well.

The existence of the biophoton field was scientifically proven by Dr. Fritz-Albert Popp in 1974.

Your physical health is dependent not only on what goes on inside of your body, but is also interconnected with and dependent on other non-physical levels of energy, such as the energy surrounding your body, called the biophoton field.

In highly simplistic terms, your biophoton field can be viewed as a highly sophisticated computer that processes, stores and retrieves information that is then used to regulate your biological processes.

It is known in biology that every cell in your body has over 100,000 biochemical reactions per second, all of which must be carefully timed and sequenced with each other. Many (mostly European) scientists have investigated the organizing principle behind this sophisticated dance.

Dr. Popp also proved that biophotons originate from your DNA and that they are laser-like in nature. He developed the biophoton theory to explain their biological role and the ways in which they help control your biochemical processes.

How Your Biophoton Field Regulates Your Physical Health

The DNA inside each cell in your body vibrates at a frequency of several billion hertz (which is unfortunately the same range at which modern cell phone communication systems also work).

This vibration is created through the coil-like contraction and extension of your DNA -- which occurs several billion times per second -- and every time it contracts, it squeezes out one single biophoton; a light particle.

That photon contains all the information on everything going on in your DNA at that moment. One single biophoton can carry more than four megabytes of information, and relays this information to other biophotons it crosses in the biophoton field outside your body.

All the photons that are emitted from your body communicate with each other in this highly structured light field that surrounds your body.

This light field also regulates the activity of your metabolic enzymes. This corresponds nicely with the findings in the study above that show your light field ebbs and flows along with your metabolic rhythm.

The information transfer on biophotons is bidirectional, which means your DNA sends information out on a photon, and on the same photon the information of all the biophotons from your body is broadcast back to your cells, and to your tubulin, which are light conductive molecules in your connective tissue.

The tubulin, in turn, receives the information-carrying light impulse and conducts it at the speed of light throughout your body, where it is translated inside each cell into activating or inactivating certain metabolic enzymes.

A fascinating alternative practice that Dr. Klinghardt has started using, based on this premise, is to use tools that work with light to influence your biophoton field in beneficial ways.

For example, transmitting the information of nutrients in the form of light into your biophotons field can affect your body in the same way as eating the actual nutrient!

Biophoton research also puts a whole new spin on the impact of environmental toxins.

Mercury, for example, destroys your tubulins at extremely low concentrations. Every living organism emits biophotons or low-level luminescence, and the higher the level of light a cell emits, the greater its vitality and the potential for the transfer of that energy to the individual who eats it.

Hence, the more light a food is able to store, the more nutritious it is. Naturally grown fresh vegetables, for example, and sun-ripened fruits, are rich in light energy.

The capacity to store biophotons is therefore a measure of the quality of your food.

Computer algorithm to decipher ancient texts

BEERSHEBA, Israel (Reuters) � Researchers in Israel say they have developed a computer program that can decipher previously unreadable ancient texts and possibly lead the way to a Google-like search engine for historical documents.

The program uses a pattern recognition algorithm similar to those law enforcement agencies have adopted to identify and compare fingerprints.

But in this case, the program identifies letters, words and even handwriting styles, saving historians and liturgists hours of sitting and studying each manuscript.

By recognizing such patterns, the computer can recreate with high accuracy portions of texts that faded over time or even those written over by later scribes, said Itay Bar-Yosef, one of the researchers from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

"The more texts the program analyses, the smarter and more accurate it gets," Bar-Yosef said.

The computer works with digital copies of the texts, assigning number values to each pixel of writing depending on how dark it is. It separates the writing from the background and then identifies individual lines, letters and words.

It also analyses the handwriting and writing style, so it can "fill in the blanks" of smeared or faded characters that are otherwise indiscernible, Bar-Yosef said.

The team has focused their work on ancient Hebrew texts, but they say it can be used with other languages, as well.

The team published its work, which is being further developed, most recently in the academic journal Pattern Recognition due out in December but already available online.

A program for all academics could be ready in two years, Bar-Yosef said.

And as libraries across the world move to digitize their collections, they say the program can drive an engine to search instantaneously any digital database of handwritten documents.

Uri Ehrlich, an expert in ancient prayer texts who works with Bar-Yosef's team of computer scientists, said that with the help of the program, years of research could be done within a matter of minutes.

"When enough texts have been digitized, it will manage to combine fragments of books that have been scattered all over the world," Ehrlich said.

The Fall of the Maya: "They Did it to Themselves"

October 6, 2009: For 1200 years, the Maya dominated Central America. At their peak around 900 A.D., Maya cities teemed with more than 2,000 people per square mile -- comparable to modern Los Angeles County. Even in rural areas the Maya numbered 200 to 400 people per square mile. But suddenly, all was quiet. And the profound silence testified to one of the greatest demographic disasters in human prehistory -- the demise of the once vibrant Maya society.

What happened? Some NASA-funded researchers think they have a pretty good idea.

"They did it to themselves," says veteran archeologist Tom Sever.

"The Maya are often depicted as people who lived in complete harmony with their environment,' says PhD student Robert Griffin. "But like many other cultures before and after them, they ended up deforesting and destroying their landscape in efforts to eke out a living in hard times."

A major drought occurred about the time the Maya began to disappear. And at the time of their collapse, the Maya had cut down most of the trees across large swaths of the land to clear fields for growing corn to feed their burgeoning population. They also cut trees for firewood and for making building materials.

"They had to burn 20 trees to heat the limestone for making just 1 square meter of the lime plaster they used to build their tremendous temples, reservoirs, and monuments," explains Sever.

He and his team used computer simulations to reconstruct how the deforestation could have played a role in worsening the drought. They isolated the effects of deforestation using a pair of proven computer climate models: the PSU/NCAR mesoscale atmospheric circulation model, known as MM5, and the Community Climate System Model, or CCSM.

"We modeled the worst and best case scenarios: 100 percent deforestation in the Maya area and no deforestation," says Sever. "The results were eye opening. Loss of all the trees caused a 3-5 degree rise in temperature and a 20-30 percent decrease in rainfall."

The results are telling, but more research is needed to completely explain the mechanisms of Mayan decline. Archeological records reveal that while some Maya city-states did fall during drought periods, some survived and even thrived.

"We believe that drought was realized differently in different areas," explains Griffin. "We propose that increases in temperature and decreases in rainfall brought on by localized deforestation caused serious enough problems to push some but not all city-states over the edge."

The Maya deforested through the use of slash-and-burn agriculture � a method still used in their old stomping grounds today, so the researchers understand how it works.

"We know that for every 1 to 3 years you farm a piece of land, you need to let it lay fallow for 15 years to recover. In that time, trees and vegetation can grow back there while you slash and burn another area to plant in."

But what if you don't let the land lay fallow long enough to replenish itself? And what if you clear more and more fields to meet growing demands for food?

"We believe that's what happened," says Griffin. "The Maya stripped large areas of their landscape bare by over-farming."

Not only did drought make it difficult to grow enough food, it also would have been harder for the Maya to store enough water to survive the dry season.

"The cities tried to keep an 18-month supply of water in their reservoirs," says Sever. "For example, in Tikal there was a system of reservoirs that held millions of gallons of water. Without sufficient rain, the reservoirs ran dry." Thirst and famine don't do much for keeping a populace happy. The rest, as the saying goes, is history.

"In some of the Maya city-states, mass graves have been found containing groups of skeletons with jade inlays in their teeth � something they reserved for Maya elites � perhaps in this case murdered aristocracy," he speculates.

No single factor brings a civilization to its knees, but the deforestation that helped bring on drought could easily have exacerbated other problems such as civil unrest, war, starvation and disease.

Many of these insights are a result of space-based imaging, notes Sever. "By interpreting infrared satellite data, we've located hundreds of old and abandoned cities not previously known to exist. The Maya used lime plaster as foundations to build their great cities filled with ornate temples, observatories, and pyramids. Over hundreds of years, the lime seeped into the soil. As a result, the vegetation around the ruins looks distinctive in infrared to this day."

"Space technology is revolutionizing archeology," he concludes. "We're using it to learn about the plight of ancients in order to avoid a similar fate today."
