Dear Jean, thanks for commenting.
His first email was private, I answered privately and he replied to my private email including all the MPRUE emails he found on the website in CC. Therefore, his intent is very clear - to undermine the MPRUE system. So I did what I felt I had to do in order to prevent him from spreading misleading ideas about MPRUE globally through groups etc.
