Re: Speed of growing old....

I disagree.

You might die from natural causes but your lifespan has been shortened due to other previous events, poor nutrition, poorly prescribed treatments, a.s.o.....that have nothing to do with your genetics of aging.
And the youthful or old appearance has much to do with life's traumas, physical and emotional, sun exposure, lack of antioxidants, junk food, and much more.

Example: my dad died at age 75; but he spent 6 years in concentration camps, and some people calculated that each year in those conditions was the equivalent of 5 years lost; so he lost 30 years due to the war and should have died at 105. He was also a heavy smoker until his fifties, take another 20-30 years away. Add to that poor diet and drugs that I know now were useless and toxic, he should have lived until 150 years, which some claim is the maximum age we can reach according to cellular biology and ability of cells to regenerate............and THAT is my target........

Youthfully,

Joe.
