QUESTION:
In the website application screens for Regional applications the
narrative instructions
refer to four(4) sections in the narrative which is different then the
program guidance document (PGD). Which is correct and how do we
construct the narrative?
ANSWER:
The
correct PG has been posted with the appropriate scoring elements (4
traditional).
If an applicant includes any verbiage to address the fifth element
listed, we believe it would bolster their cost/benefit's and their
affect on daily
ops. As such, we wouldn't recommend that an applicant NOT address the
overall benefits to the community.
