This is the the MS-Diet Support Group. We believe that the diet hypothesis of Ashton Embry Ph.D, presented at www.direct-ms.org is very plausible and is the most common-sense approach available to MS.

The Support Group aims to provide practical support and advice to PWMS assisting the following of the diet and, we hope, manage and control their symptoms. This list allows members to swap information on the diet.
