Thank you (everyone!) for all the info and sources on silver. I do believe that
colloidal silver has it's place in the puzzle that is MRSA recovery. I have
heard that the safest/best silver is nano-particle colloidal silver but, other
than that, I don't know much. The reason we did not use silver is because of
safety concerns that still linger (I'm still a nursing momma and my baby is,
well, still a baby). We are officially recovered, though! ;)

There are many things that work well topically against MRSA. I have had great
success with vitamin C, Allimed gel (stabilized allicin which I sell now) and
even using epsom salt (never use any HEAT on MRSA, though). I know lots of
other things help, too, like iodine, tea tree oil, turmeric 'paste', etc. Just
keep in mind that MRSA is mainly an internal problem and must be approached as
such if you want to keep breakouts to a minimum or, better yet, zero! So strong
natural oral antibiotics are your first line of defense (garlic/allimed,
turmeric) and, after/during using them, changing your diet PERMANENTLY. I never
realized how important every little piece of food is that enters our body! If
you want ideas on little changes to make, see my new MRSA Diet webpage:
