Having problems with message search?
Hi everyone,
Tanya, I talked to Dawn on the weekend and she told me that Rebecca was on potassium bromide when she was under 6 months old, but with no noticeable difference. When Rebecca saw her neurologist last week, it was a drug he mentioned that he may like to try again. Dawn was very disappointed that the Ketogenic diet did not work, as she had heard many good things about it. It was given a good try when Rebecca was in hospital between 2-6 months of age.
Margaret, I hope Den is continuing to heal and has been able to stay off the pain medication. It has been a long recovery for him. Please know that he is in my thoughts..

Since Joce is having 0-1 or 2 seizures a day at the moment I dont know wether to start the drug or leave it to see if she gets worse again?
She has started screaming again- the docs think that maybe the potassium might help?
Not sure what to do really.
