I am hoping to find others through this e-mail list who live in Missouri and are raising a child who has been diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome or Effects. This can either be through biological, adoptive, fostering, grandparenting, how ever you came to be raising your special needs child. I believe the more who come together to help each other to learn all their needs the more benefited our special children are. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
