Our ministry can buy manual wheelchairs for $250 each in Kenya and that's loads cheaper than here in the US.  I would imagine power chairs are cheaper there as well.  We'll keep a lookout for a power chair, if it were a manual chair of course we would purchase one for the young lady.  Let us know if we can do anything else.
