Yes, this is a population at risk so it's best to be cautious. But it's still a disappointment for those who won't be able to go, especially for the 17 yr olds.
Btw, my son is at camp until this morning & I just found out via the MDA website that there are 6 suspected cases w/ one in the hospital from his camp here in PA. They had called to tell us on Thurs. some campers/counselors had gone home w/ a sore throat & fever but said if it was up to us if we wanted to pick up our son b/c he didn't have any symptoms. He didn't so we didn't. I never thought it might be swine flu.

to those of u who think terminating camp was a bad idea... to some kids the swine flu is serious such as my daughter who only has 1 lung.. i would rather b safe than sorry,, so get off your high horses and b thankful they are worried about our kids !!!!!!
