MCS-Austin is an online support group for individuals in the greater Austin, Texas area with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (also known as Chemical Injury, Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance, and 20th Century Disease). Many of our members also suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The group exists as a resource about doctors, alternate health care practitioners, and other "safe" businesses such as hairstylists, lawyers, stores, and more. We often discuss less toxic products and ways of natural and organic living. Our members range from those who are seriously disabled and homebound to those who function in society but wish to live safer lives.
