Eight hundred thousand people were arrested in 2006 on marijuana
related charges. Every 41 seconds someone gets arrested on a
marijuana related charge.

On September 15, 2007 - Keith Stroup (founder of the National
Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws - NORML) was one of
those arrested.

This was the second time Keith has been arrested on a marijuana
charge. He recalled getting busted with joint on him while crossing
into Canada during the 1970s in an exclusive interview with Casper
