This group was developed for people who may have difficulties of one sort or another (don't we all?), mental, relationships, addictive, anger, disorganization, procrastination (or whatever), but who believe they can achieve more peace and serenity, excellent health and effective functioning through resources from a variety of sources. Music, art, medicine, psychology. 12 step experiences, engineering, productivity bloggers. Taoist, Buddhist, Christian, Unitarian spiritualities, for example. The importance of good habits and how to establish and maintain them. Tips that have worked for others. Worthwhile "slogans." My slogan is "be gentle on yourself and do some chores." I am retired from engineering, volunteering in music.
My goals are to provide a place to get acquainted, share useful tips and links, and be a resource for specific questions. It is not necessary to have any special talents, nor is being a good writer a requirement. But having resources to share that have helped you in real life would be a definite plus. The hope is to bring the sublime into the practical.
