The Lymphedema Discussion Group is a general email list for the discussion of Primary and Secondary Lymphedema, Cellulitis, Lymphangitis, Lymphangiosarcoma, and other disorders affecting the lymphatic system or caused by/related to Lymphedema. Its purpose is to allow members to discuss these Lymphedema-related subjects in a public forum, and to educate the general public about these disorders. Discussions may include treatments, education, research, experience, insurance, legislation, etc. I am neither a doctor nor any other kind of health professional. I am merely someone who has Primary Lymphedema, and I created this list as a public forum for doctors, nurses, therapists, caregivers, patients and other interested persons to discuss Lymphedema-related subjects. Please remember to respect the privacy of others when discussing their health-related issues -- some people may not want their medical condition discussed in public.
