Hi LisaMarie,
I am glad you aren't as nervous about starting the emotional group
now.
Fatigue and anxiety are my top symptoms. The fatigue/exhaustion has
always been my worst symptom and thankfuly the fatigue has been the
biggest improvement, which has cut in half. I would say it went from
a 10 to a 5 overall. A lot of the anxiety is emotional for me, so I
hope to see it improve more. The emotional group can be difficult,
but the results are amazing. I feel a lot of improvement in my
relationships, which is my favorite part.
Since being in the emo. group I came down with a cold about a month
or so ago and when I got over it my physical symptoms improved
significantly in a very short amount of time. I felt like almost
overnight I improved the most since starting IRT. The fatigue is what
really improved. I thought it was interesting.
I hope to see what some of your experiences are with the emotional
group when you start in May. Good to hear of your improvements with
depression and your ulcer that is starting to heal.=)
