Hi Carol! :)
So good to hear from you and hear how Kirsten's doing. She sounds
better than last time we talked, what a relief to hear that. You had
mentioned the BioSet treatments awhile back, but you weren't sure yet
if they were working at that point so it's awesome to hear they have
been such a help! It will be interesting to see how she does with IRT
codes again after this.
Kirsten sure has had a long road for one so young, wow. But she is
doing well and even with her setbacks she is going in the right
direction... that is such a blessing in all this. The opposite is the
worst!-- I was just thinking about that again the other day, and how
blessed I am to be getting better (albeit slowly) rather than have no
hope.
One thing's for sure, Ben will have even more of a treasure when she
is well enough to say 'yes' :)
As for me, I'm still improving-- especially in the 'emotional'
category as I continue to work on this aspect these days. I know I
can't get better without dealing with this, so it's been a blessing
that the codes have worked for me along these lines as well. I'm
incredibly thankful for them.
Physically things have been tough again, though, as I've recently
found out I have a heavy metals issue to delve into now. This sure
discouraged me deeply this past week, as you can probably guess. But
thankfully my hope was built back up by a special gift from God (long
story) yesterday. Ahhh! He is so good.
I hope the drive back to CA is going well. Tell Kirsten hello for me
and to keep her chin up! She's doing great.
Keep in touch :)
Blessings,
Becky
