There is a book out by Gary Taubes called Good Calories Bad Calories.
It has given low carb a reference that may sway the medical community.
I suspect that low carb may become popular again. -Perhaps not as a
fad this time, but as a slowly accepted new view of the correct way of
eating.
I have another low carb group that is not focussed on the Bay Area.
I'm seeing rapid membership growth there. I'm guessing that Taubes has
caused it.
