Eggs for dinner??
I'm going to be at work, so I'm "gathering" from a leftover
lunch meeting. So it's gonna be the inside of roast beef
sandwich, some mayo/mustard, cheese, tomato, over a
cooked spinach/feta/honey (minimal honey) salad,
with black olives and red bell pepper (some carbs)
picked out from the pasta salad, and I'll add some snack
almonds and peanuts. Lots of good oils -- olive oil,
nuts, black olives, high nutrients from spinach, and looks
and tastes good.
