I just seem to be in a rut and I just figured out why. It's the what
comes first the chicken or the egg thing.
I eat carbs and then my blood sugar goes to 200 to 300 and then I get
tired and very hungry and want carbs and they make my sugars go up and
on and on..
I have to stop because I am feeling so sick with this 300 rise the last
few days.
