I am half Chinese, half Caucasian (majority Swedish). The health
problem that I have is that my liver is slightly weakened due to
medication so it is not advisable for me to have a high fat diet, but
I can have a moderate amount of protien, but not tons and tons of
protien because it can increase the inflammation of my liver. However
it is also advisable for my liver health that I try to lose the little
bit of extra weight. So there is my quandry. I need help finding a
plan that fits into that tiny profile. I have tried just reducing my
calories and increasing my activity, but that has not really worked,
and it makes me really hungry besides, and I have a tendency to get
bingy if hungry. I will try the library for the Dr. Atkins Book
(thanks for the pointer!). Has anyone heard of Sugarbusters or the Zone?
