Hello my name is Rhiannon and I am trying to lose 25 lbs. I am not
currently on any plan, but I have some health limitations so that I
can't do a high-fat or exceedingly high protien diet, but with some
modifications I should be fine on a low carb diet. I am not sure what
the options are, but I am looking for a plan and some advice on where
to start. I am 5'5" and currently about 145, and my goal weight is
between 120-125. I am usually able to excercise 2-3 times a week,
jogging on an elliptical or riding a bike for about 45 mins. Any
suggestions for a plan that would work for me?
