You know thats something I dont get. I've read everywhere that sugar alcohols
are not supposed to interfere with wieght loss since they cant be digested, but
I have the same problem.
So where do you find out whats good and whats not with regards to lo carb foods
in general?

as for me, i like to keep my carbs about 40-60 a day.
i tend to eat tomatoes, black soy beans, and low carb
bread for my daily sandwich, so it all adds up. :(
i have learned to stay away from the lo carb bars. the
sugar alcohols make me stall, and i get major
gastrointestinal upset.
