I am not entirely sure what my goal weight is. At this point, I'd say I'm a
little more than halfway there. <G>

My biggest challenge has been cultivating patience. I can control what I put
into my mouth but I can't control the scale. When my weight loss slows to a
crawl, or those few times I've bounced up instead of down despite being
perfectly on plan, I've been extremely frustrated. Each time it happens it
gets easier and easier to accept that's just how I lose weight, and I've
learned that a big woosh is usually followed by a slight upward bounce,
after which I S L O W L Y lose the bounce and then a little more. <G>
