Well, since you ASKED....

I have never gone off plan, I don't eat ANY sugar alcohols, I never eat
low
carb convenience foods, I always drink my water, I lift weights, I
follow
the book very strictly (carb ladder, CCLL and all!), and I use
fitday.com
every couple of weeks to make sure I'm staying on target. I also get
about
65 percent of my calories from fat.
