Hi Kathi - thanks for posting. 4 oz of medium white wine has 0.9 g and
4 oz of red wine has 2.0 g - that's only half a cup - most wine glasses
are at least 8 oz, but I guess I could add soda for a white wine
spritzer...

I'm Kathi and I'm new to the list.
I'm back on induction too, but when I need that little
pick me up at the end of the day, I go for a glass of
chardonay...I swear I didnt know it would rhyme until
I read it.
From what I've read, it has something like 0.6 carbs
per glass vs. red wine which has 2.5
