Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your comments.
I am: 5' 8"
My goal is 165. I think I read that 160 would be the high end of normal for
me. I previously reached 165 after a starvation diet around 1985. When I
went for a BMI test at Kaiser, the tester said I have a large frame because
my fingers do not come close to touching, while holding my wrist. (That was
how they judged frame.) I was 145 around 1977.
My calorie goal may be a bit low, but I take supplements. Also, it seems to
be do-able on days I eat at home. I'm eager to get to goal. If I stay on
track, I might be at goal by my birthday in March of 2005. Unfortunately,
the process is not linear. I am likely to need a few more months....
FitDay nutrition shows I'm OK on nutrition with the one exception of
Potassium. My blood tests show Potassium as OK, so I'm not too worried
about it.
