This last week has been whoosh week for me, so I would like to share links to my
latest FitDay charts/graphs.
I am 56 pounds down since November, 2003, and 50 pounds down since I began Low
Carb on December 1st, 2003.

It has been becoming more difficult, recently, to maintain an average loss per
week around 2.3 pounds. Part of this is due to my lower weight, but I think the
main reason is my increase in dining out. I am able to order low carb food, but
the calories are huge. I want to average 1200 calories per day. The last two
weeks I averaged about 1500 calories per day. Also, I can only estimate the
weights of restaurant foods. At home I use my kitchen scale.
This group seems pretty dead lately. I'm wondering how many are still following
low carb and how many were just part of the January diet fad?
Would anyone attended the April meeting in Saratoga care to report on how it
went?
