meateater -- welcome to the list. The original owner just turned the list over
to me yesterday and before removing herself as owner, she deleted everything. I
don't know why!! But, now it's up to us to start building up our resources.

Feel free to introduce yourself -- there are some experienced people on this
list as well as those just starting out.
