LaJuana - good for you ! I'm finding that persistence is really the key here. I had a pretty good week last week but my real challenge was the weekend. We went to Las Vegas on Friday night and just got back at 3 am this morning (yes, I just strolled in to work...yeesh). Big challenge was eating properly with all those "free" drinks around...meals were generally ok because I could get a rib eye steak or an egg dish for very very cheap. I did succumb to a couple of strawberry daiquiris with way too much sugar AND whipping cream (which I know came from a can with lots of sugar too !) Was very wary of the scale this morning but was down 1 lb from last Friday when we left - hoping its NOT just water since I'm drinking it like a fish (do fish drink water ??)
