Re: thirsty

Glad to know I'm not the only one, and no, I do not indulge in a lot
of salty food. I was very good to my body during Induction (driving
me to the brink of food boredom w/ all the "healthy" eats). Well,
after the Superbowl mishap (I wasn't worse for the wear afterwards) I
am back on Induction....hoping to stay on it for about 4 weeks to
experience something more than 7 lbs. of water loss!

Janki -- part of what you are experiencing is that you are now recognizing thirst. When you weren't drinking water you were dehydrated all the time and didn't...

You probably are right. Because for years, I wouldn't drink anything with food while I ate. People would think I was really weird, and my dh could always rest...

Janki -- I don't know exactly, but I have heard that muscle weighs about 2.5 times as much as fat, volume for volume. If you are losing inches, that is what...

1 pound of muscle = 1 pound of fat However muscle is more dense so it takes up less space. That's why you are losing inches and not pounds if you are...
