Glad to know I'm not the only one, and no, I do not indulge in a lot
of salty food. I was very good to my body during Induction (driving
me to the brink of food boredom w/ all the "healthy" eats). Well,
after the Superbowl mishap (I wasn't worse for the wear afterwards) I
am back on Induction....hoping to stay on it for about 4 weeks to
experience something more than 7 lbs. of water loss!
