I find that I stick to plan for a week or two and loose 5 lbs and then I get bored too. I cant stomach meat or veggies..
How do you that are very successful stick to this for weeks. I guess its just that I need to remember that food is fuel….not fun or parties but I cant seem to remember that when im in a sticky situation.

Hey LaJuana - I confess too! I lost my way on Superbowl Sunday and I
have not found my way back yet...but I am committed to getting back
on the wagon. We are not perfect and this diet is not the easiest in
terms of food variety. I was at Superbowl party and there were just
too many goodies besides the spinach salad and tri-tip. It's
OKAY! : )

I had the two weeks from hades, which is no excuse except I ate my
way through it all and then some. I broke down and cried to my
hubby, that I was too stressed out with his brother,(who is disabled
with kidney disease), living with us, who by the way eats nothing but
junk food and sugary candy. Well, he moved out yesterday and my
husband told me that he would go back on Atkins with me so that it
would be easier for me to cook and stay on plan. I knew I loved that
man for some reason! We downloaded the Fitday software and have made
a commitment to log in every day. We officially started yesterday
and everything is going well so far. I purged the house of junk food
and candy. I stocked up on meat and veggies. I went back to Curves
today and I am looking ahead and not backwards. I am sorry if I have
let anyone down.
