Too Good To Be True Stew
1 lb extra lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 lg onion chopped
1 bag coleslaw mix
2 cans Ro-tel tomatoes - any flavor
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
3 cans black soy beans
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Brown hamburger and onions. Combine everything else and simmer for 1 hour stirring freq.
This comes out very thick. Sometimes I add water and a bit of
beef bouillon to make more soup like. Freezes well.
