Peanut Butter Brownies with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:
1 cup CarbSense Zero Carb Baking Mix1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup all natural creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup Sugar Twin Brown Sugar Replacement
1 cup Splenda
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup organic or low carb chocolate chips
Prepare Peanut Butter Brownies with Chocolate Chips:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a brownie pan and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix together the Baking Mix, baking powder and salt.
3. With an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter, brown sugar, splenda and vanilla on medium speed until well mixed. Add the eggs, beating between each addition until the mixture is creamy.
4. Add half the baking mix mixture to the electric mixer and beat at low speed until well mixed. Add the rest of the baking mixture and mix until combined. Pour in the water and heavy cream. Mix until well combined, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl (and then lick it clean). Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Pour into the brownie pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
