IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL WHISK TOGETHER-
3 EGG YOLKS
4 T BOILING WATER
1 1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE
UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
CONTINUE WHISKING WHILE ADDING 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER SLOWLY.
COOK ON HIGH 15 SECS.
STIR.
MICROWAVE ON HIGH 15 SECS, STIR.
REPEAT UNTIL YOU HAVE COOKED IT A TOTAL OF 1 1/2 MINUTES.
